Thanks nid thats so kind of youto offer help i would be a bit embarrassed asking my boss to sign a statement but here are co workers that have taken calls from these slugs that i could ask. do you need a soa from me could you tell me what i need to do? thanks again

Nah don't need anything like that, just a link to your thread would be great then i'll go see what's been going on.....? Do you need some help? Edit - found thread, not much in it to be honest! Can you give me some details? Who you owe money to, the balance, last time you paid, have they defaulted you? Is there more than one account?

Regards to the DCA ringing work, lets keep that separate - see this: Protection from Harassment Act 1997

The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has produced a set of Debt Collection and Debt Management Guidelines which sets out the types of debt collection practices which the OFT considers to be unfair. The guidelines do not apply to routine debt collection but are applicable to all accounts where payments have been missed, or are in arrears. The Guidelines include a section on 'contacting debtors at unreasonable times and intervals'. Whilst the guidance does not spell out the types/times of when contact should occur, it does provide a list of examples which it might consider unfair: repeatedly calling at unsociable hours, calling places of work, or calling on Neighbours and disclosing the reason they are making these enquiries.

    Bless you, Jinny,

Don't feel like much of an inspiration - you seem to be coping with so much more yourself!

And please don't feel guilty for mentioning your son - I am sure it helps to talk about these things! And look at how Cameron so blatantly exploits his son!

NID has been brilliant to me - I trust him and his advice so much!

And, as Savingwannabe has already mentioned, we can fight it together - just going on here and "talking" about it helps me - I do hope it is the same for you!

Last year when i was being bullied everyone at work watched it happen as they were scared. I lost sight in one eye for a while (due to high blood sugars caused by stress and overwork) as am a diabletic, came back to work and they started again. I had a breakdown and then decided to go part time.

I was worried they would still be gossiping and laughing at me but I dont care what they think. Those kind of people end up gossiping about each other they dont have integrity. Do not worry.

I may not be in debt but watching you ladies and being allowed to share your inspiring journey is giving me confidence and helping me cope with things.

It is ok to be scared and worried. That's what friends are for.

    Big hug and kiss,

Am up. Beautiful day. My parents are visiting for the weekend. I feel so blessed.

I only mowed half the lawn. I was so tired last night i couldn't really see a difference. In the clear light of the morning i have a lovely neat lawn and a forest for the other half!!!!

    Have a good day all.
