    Oh bless!

Hope it wasa good day apart from that!

It's been raining here - quite grey still now, and not very nice at all.

Good day for sorting out cupboards, though ....

It is beautiful and bright here. Rain is forecasted but it is fab? Maybe it'll rain later.

I do like the bbc weather reports.

I am off to post office to post off two ebay cd's.

I managed to sell 22/30 cds. I have a huge pile but i will ebay them in a few weeks when i have more time.

I hope they have a free listing day soon as i know how to do it now! I have an exam paper to mark, 6 reports left to write. Back soon!

It is so nice to chat to someone. I bet your house is really tidy now.

Good to chat to you, as well.

Keep hoping that I will find something valuable which I have had tucked away but no such luck!

Just loads of really old tat!

Have also mended some trousers, which have had a hem down for about 6 months! I am learning to be much more frugal!

It is great isn't it. I am learning so much. If you have time watch the story of stuff.com it is a topic that is new in economics. We show it to our students so they don't waste money.

I find it really educating. At the end of the video i ask them how many of them have bought a new mobile because the old one was out of fashion. It has made me question things.

We are going to be careful shoppers now.

I must pootle off to post office. I am shattered.

    Will do marking later.

    My goodness!

Don't feel very inspirational, though .....

But I have turned over a new leaf money-wise - although it did come quite late in my life!

It doesn't happen for some people. Better late than never.

In lots of ways you are restarting your life. It is quite invigorating and thoroughly inspiring. I told my mum and dad about the things i was doing to save money and they were so proud of me.

My dream is to buy my dad a car. He is in his 70's now and i want him to enjoy driving. He is finding his car hard work as he gets tired. I am going to save for a summer holiday for next year and also to pay towards an automatic/powersteering car for him too.

Going to post office. then a nap then some marking.

I think the heat is making me tired!
