That cheered me up!

Wonder if this volcanic ash is going to have an effect on how they perform? I suppose they can always blame it if they mess things up - although I think the politicians have done that already!

I dont want to watch it. I should really but i am going to see if there is anything on the telly that is nice. I like all those moving to the country programmes.

They can't mouseann their upto their eyes in DEBT We've been there aint we and bought the tee shirt we will see them on here like us in a few years eh!!!

I agree. Such lovely houses though. I am getting nice ideas for the kitchen when i get it done.

I did watch the debate. Nick Clegg was v good. I can see him doing very well. I am an economist and on policy Gordy should have won i think but he is in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Further to your recent email, your reply from Barclays is bog standard and their usual fob-off response to all CCA Requests. They state within the letter that they will send your CCA under separate cover, they will not - they will send a dodgy looking copy of your original application form, it will be unenforceable so you can already relax as this £8k is already gone.

Just hold fire for now, until they do send the application form, at which point i'll sort you a suitable response. Do not worry, and most definitely do not make a payment this month - yes, you'll get a default eventually but that means nothing, its not like you'll be applying for credit again is it?

Keep me updated and let me know when the application form arrives, p.s. it will not be a CCA - if they had it then they'd have already sent you it. They have gone to archive for the application and typically, these do not conform to the required standard. However i'll confirm in detail when it arrives.

No need to link all pages to one document, its easier sending several small images, like you did - thanks.

Ahh the joys of half term eh? can't wait til my youngest goes back next week, although she's at her grans so reasonably quiet this week! :rotfl:
