Oh Ann, glad you are ok. Let's just be grateful you are not hurt. Gosh. Take it easy for rest of the day and do NOT beat yourelf up. It is an accident.
big hugs,

That's a wonderful outlook, Jinny! Let's hope your water is right!”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)

hiya mouse ann
glad your ok after you little bump, hope there is not too much damage to your car or the other persons car, but as your signature says what doesn't kill you only makes you strongeralways smile no matter how broken you are.0 -
Thank you everyone for those kind words,
SW - as caring as ever. And you are right, no lasting damage!
Jinny - I would never accuse you of being "Pollyannalike". I know from previous posts that you have had your share of hard knocks, and you never keep on about them! And I totally understand about the "retail therapy" cure - except it isn't a cure when the bills for the plastic roll in!
And Carol - thanks for the kind words, as well.

That is why they are called accidents and not meant to happens!
(Well that's what my sister told me when I did something very similar)
It is only a bit of bent metal and you are still in one piece, which is the most important thing:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0 -
Thanks MatyMoo,
Very wise words! And you are right about it only being a bit of metal - which is just a little more bent than normal!
And I am sure I am not the only one to do such a stupid thing!
Am feeling slightly less stressed now - gradually getting back to normal!

Hi Pixiechick,
Just got round to replying to this.
I would second this - I am sure NID could give all the politicians a run for their money! But - if he was running the country he wouldn't be able to help all us "pensioners in need" (apologies to those who are still working!) So, on reflection, best that he stays where he is!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -
My nightclass finished early as the students finished an exam paper quickly. I came home to watch the news as it is all so exciting. Are you feeling better Ann?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

Hi SW,
Glad that you managed to finish early.
The excitement (if it can be described as that!) doesn't start for a couple of hours - at least!
And, yes thanks, I have hada bit of a rest and am much less stressed. It all goes into perspective eventually!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -
Well, I've just managed to finish off the 2 small (187ml) bottles of wine that I brought home from my quiz night last night.
Think I'd etter leave the 75cl one for tomorrow night!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:0
