So will they default me even if I continue payments?? Its not my only card its the largest balance, my credit file is bad but only 1-2 late payments maximum. Im not defaulting on anything but things are a struggle TBH.
Hiya
You will get defaulted as part of unenforceability means cessation of payments.... but unenforceability is not to be messed with, if you are at the end of your tether / the last resort then yes, it is worth pursuing otherwise, noooo - stay well away2010 - year of the troll

Morning everyone,
I see NID is getting his usual quota of sleep! About 2 hours a night!
Regarding the gossip, haven't seen any yet! Or am I missing something? Which wouldn't be a first for me!
Enjoy election day everyone - I am pacing myself so that I can watch the results. Which means doing nothing much, apart from sending off a certain letter ...."What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -
Hi Honey Monster and Dunclane,
As SW has mentioned, do please keep "visiting" us - even if you do start your own thread.
We are a very friendly bunch and specialise in "gallow humour". Just to prove that it isn't always doom and gloom!
Also, we need to improve our gossip rating ..."What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -

Hello all. I have just voted. It was v busy at the polling booth. I walked about two miles from work to the polling station. Time for a cup of tea methinks.
I hope you are all having a good day.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Hi all,
Wish I'd walked to the Polling Station!
Just got back - managed to back my car into another one! Not convinced it was my fault - but the old boy who was driving the other car got very nasty!
Have just spent 75 minutes (!) on the phone (0870 number!) to my insurance company, who have advised me that I am liable! Plus - I have just discovered that my excess has been increased rrom £100 last year to £300 this year. I am about to dispute this - another 0870 number.
And I thought this month was going to be easier ....
Just proves that pride does indeed go before a fall!
I need a large dose of that humour now! (I suppose it could have been worse - could have killed somebody!)"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0
