Save your energy, it will be unenforceable - 99.9% guaranteed!! But yea, send the CCA Request off, however you'll get defaulted so if it is your only card then i'd strongly suggest you do not pursue unenforceability as it will ruin your credit file. :D

So will they default me even if I continue payments?? Its not my only card its the largest balance, my credit file is bad but only 1-2 late payments maximum. Im not defaulting on anything but things are a struggle TBH.

    Thanks Dunclane,

Please do let us know how you get on!

But Niddy is right about the default - if you have my thread you have probably realised that I have very little to use (including my reputation) which is why I am going down this route! Don't want to repeat the story yet again!

One of my many cards was a Morgan Stanley, which was acquired by Barclaycard. When I asked for the CCA they sent me a signed application form with all the details (including bank accounts!) of another person who happened to have the same last name as me. With the help of Niddy, I wrote to the and am still waiting their reply. I am quite interested to knowwhat they say!

Good luck and let us know when / if Barclaycard respond!

Well i am a teacher and i give you permission to have a laugh whilst you are saving the planet. So take hat off and have a giggle at the politicians.

I saw so many defaced political posters yesterday. It made me laugh. I am glad people are so clever.

    Morning all

I wonder what today will bring....well the early hours of the morning when the votes are counted.
I'm still undecided who to vote for, I'd like to 'pick and mix' policies from different parties. But if NID was standing for election it would be a landslide for him!!!
