NID how do you stay so nice and humble & helpful when you know everyone thinks you are fab? Are you ever tempted to be horrible?

    Thanks, NID,

    Much apprecated. No rush.

It is a HUGE bundle of documents!

And they sent my £1 back!

    Hi Ann

Re Amex: My lord - how many documents

Ok, this one does seem to be the best so far, but shame - they made a wee boob-boob! :rotfl:

It will be unenforceable by the time i'm done, let me check over it later at home and i'll advise as appropriate. :D

Hello Mouseann, NID & everyone else!

I have just skim read through this thread and I'm fascinated by enforceability now.

I took out a Morgan Stanley Credit Card in 2003 that has changed hands to Barclaycard. I am definitely going to ask for my true copy of CCA.

Good luck and I'll let you know how I get on!

Save your energy, it will be unenforceable - 99.9% guaranteed!! But yea, send the CCA Request off, however you'll get defaulted so if it is your only card then i'd strongly suggest you do not pursue unenforceability as it will ruin your credit file. :D

Mouseann, no need to worry about them sending back the £1 (if you were). The legal requirements is that you pay £1, not that they accept it so you're slightly ahead of the game now. ;)
