Hope you get your car insurance sorted out soon - they do sneak these changes to the policy in when we aren't looking

I am still here!

I could not believe it when the insurance company told me that the excess was £300. Presumably if the repair costs less (bet it won't - it doesn't look much, but you know what garages are!) I will be able to pay the lesser amount myself?

Am going to write a letter of complaint, anyway. They did say that they would inform the Customer Services Manager about me not being notified of the change but I bet they will be able to wriggle out of it!

These election results are taking ages to come through .....

Yes, it takes ages doesn't it - our local result is supposed to be in about 2 am but some seats around the country don't even start the count until the morning, so it could be later on Friday before we know the result if it is this close

Had a little sleep but am still up - just!

Hiya - I thought you had gone to bed when your light changed to blue but I just noticed your posting and see you light is green now

We have decided, as we have to be up and out early in the morning, we are just going to stay up - seem fine at the moment but will definitely need a sleep tomorrow afternoon!!

I have been chatting to Nicca on our Notice to Newcomers Troll thread but her light is now out so I think she has given up and gone to bed

We have just had our breakfast cereal with yoghurt and melon so it is now officially Friday in our house

I have been awake for about an hour (in bed) having nightmares that everyone is wearing blue and rushing around not caring about others.

I am scared. But we survived years of conservative rule when i was a student and i am sure the UK willl be strong enough to overcome it.

Is anyone up?
