it just got better, ithe insurance guy called today yes it is water damage yes they will send the information out to the insurance company hopefully i will receive a credit note to get it replaced, also hotpoint just rang to offer me insurance cover £14.per month for 10 months this wioll cover me a year for call out and repair and replace if need be instead of paying £89.98 today for call out plus repairs,
