Jsut ring them again, you'll get someone else and hopefully have more success, and if not keep trying.

i really really wish that they can trace back my phone call to them n justified my position.

i been promised A full refund on yesterday. TODAY i call back only to discover i can only get 9 items at 3 for £2. also i had a really unpleasant exchange with this guy on the phone. i really want to pursue this matter further.

can anybody advise me on what to do?

I dont think it is very good form to name and criticise individuals, especially when they are just doing their job (even if you don't like it).

Can I suggest you edit your post to remove the name of the individual you spoke to?

And with all these mistakes, some you win, some you lose. Its really not worth crying about. Just prepare yourself for the next one. Think about the nine you are getting-that should put a bit of a smile back on your face?!

I understand your concern about individuals being named but you may like to look at this website:

Although, obviously, this is possibly one person's opinion and may not be factual.

WOW!!!!! I don't know why I'm surprised, I once had a disgusting exchange with someone at CS, makes me wonder if it was him...
How on earth has he got away with this for so long? That appears to have been written in 2007!

i absolute will not remove this person name on my own will

in fact, when any one of you phone tesco, i will advise you to hang up immediately if you got put through to KEVIN supervisor of the day

the reason i feel so much like crying now is i ask my mum, MIL, friends to put all our order on just one order to cut the cost of delivery.
now i ended up with 9 items to split with 5 people
and the worst thing is I BEEN PROMISED 3 for £2 BEFORE the CS re-order my order for me!

He did a terrible job. on the first call I was put on hold for 20 minutes to speak to him. then i spend another 20 minutes explaining my situation to him. he only offered me 9 items even thou someone in his team offered me my whole order 3 for £2

He told me about the company policy which seems to be changing every single day, every other person

I hang up n call another CS. She saw the note left by him and told em the same thing again. howver this time she offered me a £10 ecoupon. I said no can i just have my delivery charges back. She say ok , then put me to my local store to arrange for collection. n thats the last i heard from her

i was abruptly cut off. so i call back again, this time speak to Greg , another CS, he put me through to KEVIN!!!!! He told me i been a nuisance to Tesco n i should not have call back.

so i told him i have not been satisfied with my customer experiences n i should be able to call back any time i want. then i told him about the £10 e coupon.

he asked me who have i spoke to, i mentioned a few names in succesion but i cleraly told him the name who gave me that voucher. He told me no such call recorded n implied that i must be lying.
at this point i lose it and asked him to please trace back my record showing who have i spoke to. He was very adamant that nobody should give me that £10 ecoupon.

all along the conversation he was condescending, putting in his own personal opinion about me and to say the least, makes me feel terrible on this whole shopping experiences.

You have a couple of pms from me ;)
Just a thought... if you've spoken to this horrible guy today then surely his shift must end before they close for the day... maybe it is worth waiting until this evening and then trying again, they are open until 11pm
