This is pretty much what has happened to me too. I ordered 17 instead of 18 (deleted a few last night in a panic!) and had all delivered. I've just finally figured out what has happened. The delivery note says 3 for 2, rather than 3 for £2, I had a fairly long angry-ish phone call, where I finally gave in and accepted I would get 9 at the offer price. By this time the guy was as confused as me and said he would refund 9x£5.50 (altho I only had 5 items at £5.50) then deduct the £6 I would've paid under the offer, so a refund of £43.50.

I've worked it out as the total full price cost £79.60, less £24.70 under 3 for 3, less £43.50 CS refund = 11.40 paid :j!

A million thanks to the OP, its been a long time since I've been able to afford to buy "premium" haircare and when you have hair that misbehaves as much as mine then this stuff is just perfect. Thanks :beer:

Just had my delivery by a driver that said 'before you say it I know what your gonna say' He said they'd been having phone calls all day about it! Told us to ring CS and tell them. Brilliant, V.helpful driver.

Rang CS and gave me a refund no problems. Although alot of the things we ordered still had 10 items. They did say it was a limit of 9 items but she reduced the 10th item for me. Refund email on the way

Delivery went to my SIL this pm. Got 14 out of 21 items, and includin delivery cost 46.50 or thereabouts.
So phoned CS, csa gave me the same speil as I got this a.m... 9 items etc etc. Asked to speak to her manager, said no offense but Tesco have made a right hash of this. Spoke to manager who wasn't budging, although very nice. Asked precisely what I would be charged then. So to cut a long story short, took off 32.50, so 14.00 for 14 items, not too bad. Not as good as some but still a good bargain. Thanks again OP.:)

Order delivered tonight with lots of subs - its taken me 40 mins to work out what I've got! Phoned CS who said 9 items only and to return the rest to the store for a refund. CS confirmed on the phone that I would pay £6 for the 9 items but I'll see if I can do any better tomorrow! I don't really mind because will still have got £47 plus worth for £6. Thanks again OP.

Just received order witgh lots of other shopping. Got 14 hair products all at 3 for 2. Rang CS who gave me the same talk about the 9 products and takeng teh rest back to teh store. I'm happy with 9 items for £6! Thanx OP! :j
