I obnly just spoke to thm did you try the 0845 7225533?
Any road up this has been a bit scary and I don't think I'll try it again online lol.........
I hadn't read my delivery sheet properly, I hadn't been charged full price, I'd been charged 3 for 2.
also some bottles were oos so I only ended up with 13 anyway.
So at the 3 for 2 discount I'd got £19.20. and talking to the man at cs we both got totally cabbaged by the sums so he is refunding me another £20 which should appear in a couple of days.
Does it make sense, cos my head's gone:rotfl:
He did say that the offer would only be for 9 items and the
driver would come and pick up the rest. But we both got so baffled he said he would do the refund anyway.
I think I got the right time of day, so thank you Mr Tesco man!

There is nowhere on their website, which stated any restriction at all. I don't think that they can limit it without stating it clearly on their website. It is really not fair that people are getting different responses from CS. I have got an order coming tonight. Ordered on Monday night. Really hope that everything is going to be okay, or else OH is NOT going to be happy about that kind of money coming out of our account and on hairstuff too.
I completely agree, they should adopt the same policy for everyone. I'm sure something's not legally right here.
Wonder what the tabloid newspapers would make of all this:
......Big company like Tesco firstly making such a huge pricing error and then secondly refunding some customers whilst treating others with bad customer service and doing them out of what is rightly theirs.
By issuing refunds to some customers they are actually admitting their mistake, so why are refunds not being issued to all is my question.0 -
well i have sent an email , see what happens0
