Sorry, thanks for pointing it out - corrected now. :beer:0 -
It was toton, she said all the time ive worked here ive never done that, and the manager who came insisted the cs was correct, but they would do dtd just this once!!!!!
Hahaha, that'd be lying CS rather than ignorant CS then (unless all the staff have changed in the last couple of years) as I used to use the Toton store regularly when my friend owned a pub in Stapleford. It was always a battle to get anything honoured... back in the day I used to have to fight to get R&R (old policy before DTD) and since the change of policy have struggled to get DTD there too. Haven't been in there for maybe a year but I'm sure I will in the future as still have a friend in the area. I'll make sure I'm ready for a fight if I happen to get overcharged there in future, cheers :beer:If a post is helpful to you, please take a second to click "thanks", it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside!0 -

Had a bit of hassle with Tesco C/S, but after some discussions they agreed it's their error so they should cough up!
This has just been posted on Hot deals. I've asked her if she is pulling our legs, but she has replied and said no she has the receipts to prove it. I am gobsmacked for once in my life. Sally. PS The driver has just collected my order which was delivered last night.0 -
Could someone please
email me a screenshot, the driver has been and left the stuff but at full price.
CS said they will honour if I send them a screenshot of the page?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

:T:T:T Excellent!
I've realised that although I did very well, I have made a series of mistakes...
- Only buying 21 items between 2 of us when we spotted the offer instore (not 24 hour store) on Monday night: FAIL
- Ignoring blonde shampoos and conditioners because it didn't occur to me I might be able to exchange them later: FAIL
- Being too lazy to get back out of bed and drive 1 mile to the 24 hour store at 1am Monday night (Tuesday morning) when I realised that the offer was in all stores (even though someone on here had confirmed that store had lots of stock): FAIL
- Being too lazy to get up early in the morning to return to the store I had bought 21 items from the night before, then receiving a phone call from a friend who we had told about the offer who had been to said store first thing in the morning and bought several products which went through at full price so they got DTD (huge profit) due to the SELs still being there: FAIL
- Placing an online order but then drastically reducing the quantity because I wimped out last minute, lol: FAIL
- Being so panicky about placing said order that I didn't find a £10 off first time online shop voucher, thinking I could add it later (which I couldn't *sob*): FAIL
