just rang them as they had all stock gone by 10.30 yesterday it apparently flew off the shelves, my order placed at 10.00 so i am not happy bunny i should think in future that they should do the shop ON THE DAY you place order and have it put aside as that is the time you make a contract to buy the items with them and then at least they know what can be fulfilled for customer offers and on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis which i feel is fair!
I said there was no benfit to me paying for delivery and shopping online with you i could have gones out and bought.
Also manager at store said he had to stop people from being greedy so tried to make sure that some others got some, how refreshing!
Kaos can i be your friend, when can i get my bag LOL :rotfl: :j0 -

Yep, that's right. I had ordered one each of almost every shampoo and conditioner in the Charles Worthington range (I have used the blue one for years anyway but though it would be nice to try all the others as I know that CW suits my hair and every product has a benefit that my hair needs, lol) and received ONE Charles Worthington shampoo... all other OOS. As soon as I read that on my delivery note it occured to me that I should have seen that coming as Radarjet had already said earlier in this thread that she and some people in the store at the same time had bought all the CW stock from the store where I believe my order was picked from. She also said that the John Frieda had been left pretty much untouched so that explains why almost all the JF I ordered was delivered to me
The store in question is VERY quick to pick up on misprices and bargains so I guess they had stripped the shelves of labels as soon as Radarjet got her haul and therefore retained most of the remaining stock. I guess for once the store's quick thinking regarding super offers worked mainly in my favour! If a post is helpful to you, please take a second to click "thanks", it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside!0 -

Awww, unlucky on the whole lot but 9 items is definitely better than nothing, yay!
In reply to the couple of people who were asking whether they should accept their order when it is delivered later today, I would advise double checking with the driver that you are signing for the delivery, not in agreement to the price. My driver was a lovely guy, I went  at the price and asked him what I should do... he looked worried and said I should ring CS (and pointed out the number to me on my delivery note). I cheerfully told him I certainly would and he asked me to give a digital signature for the delivery. I simply asked him whether that was just a signature for the delivery and not an acceptance of the price charged and he assured me that payment was absolutely nothing to do with him or the signature, the signature was purely to show he had made the deliveryIf a post is helpful to you, please take a second to click "thanks", it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside!0 -
