I know this has nothing to do with the shampoo but you guys seem to know your stuff when it comes to 'Mr T',i dont like tesco but i joined to save up points for a merlin pass(with a family of six thats easily done),after looking on the web site for points offers i could'nt find any,i know you get them in store'buy this product an get 50 extra points,i just phoned them to ask how do i find these offers an she must have thought i was talking another language the way she was going on!but she told me you only get these offers in store,is that true? please help...im a nubee!:o:o:o

You can sometimes find points codes in the tesco code thread or hotukdeals or put tesco code in google. I struggle to get point codes to work though and when searching for £ codes it can take around half an hour to do them. I feel real lucky and relieved when I get a code to work straight away as it can sometimes be a real pain but worth it in the end. I never buy from tesco without a money off code and i've shoped with them online every month for about three years (discount always covers cost of delivery at least). Codes also work on some accounts and not others and even not work one day and then fine the next. You need patience.

For points I'd say stick to store as even the extra point vouchers you get with clubcard statements can't be used online. But as I say every account seems to be different.

    Hope this makes sense.

    RESULT!!!!! :T
    I'm a very happy bunny!
Just had my phone call and my refund is being processed, she told me the amount of the refund and it means I have paid £16 total and have 26 hair products for me and my friends... gotta admit I kind of wish I'd left the rest of the order on there but that'd just be greedy, lol.
    I'm still shaking, lol.

Gosh Kaos can you move in your house for all the haircare products LOL you seem to have done real well from getting a stash from the store and then online. I wish I could have gone to the stores too.

    The offer isnt showing anymore.

My delivery is tonight, should I accept the goods and then call CS? We don't have a Tesco close to us.
ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷

My order due for delivery tonight and status says that it is picked. Am I right that I should accept the order whatever the price and contact CS for refund? Have all the sceenshots etc if required. Workmates now at fever pitch....

well well well, i'm a little p**sed off to say the least!
my delivery just tunred up and as i said no to alternatives i had a bag of white bread flour and a packet of gammon crisps and some tobacco for the sum of £9.89 which included the delivery charge!!
So i refused it and rang c ustomer services who said i'd get a full refund including the delivery (i should think so- but no john frieda sob sob) and the offer had changed and as i placed it yesterday at 10 am and my delivery wasnt til today 12-2 pm it would be tough as they made the mistake and withdrew it.

i said there is stock showing still but they would do it now at full price!!!!!!
i am very sad now and my tesco supplying was millbrook southampton to my address, which is done by postcode(even if not nearest!) so anyone else from that tesco area dont hold out!
i said i had print off showing clearly offer til 7th march but as not online i was just hoping for a nice lady to give ime the deal like others.

brrrrr all you others well done i am a lil jealous though :-( gonna go and cry now..............................

Thanks Ausmummy, I have done well, I still can't believe my luck!
I'm sat here packing bags up for my friends though, it won't all be staying here... tempting as it is to keep it all for myself, I know I'll get pleasure out of handing the stuff over :) Also, unfortunately for me, most of the stuff that arrived today was Frizz-Ease which although should be perfect for my hair, I didn't get on with in the past! The 10 items that they weren't able to deliver were all ones for me, everything my friends wanted was delivered... sod's law, lol :D

To anyone still waiting for deliveries or for CS, keep trying! (and I would recommend ringing the 01382 822800 number although of course there is no telling who will answer and therefore what the outcome will be)
