My mum has just taken delivery of her items. 17 items were not available so took delivery of 7 items and a £9 meal deal. I rang Tesco C.S. and spoke to Jade who process the refund no problem. There is still a 3 for 2 offer still valid on certain products as there is also a discount for 3 for 2 on her receipt. I am just waiting for Tesco to confirm how much they are refunding as I think they wiull end up paying us to take 7 haircare products and a meal deal off their hands.
On another note keep your eye out still for incorrect SEL's I have been to my local homeplus store this morning and they still had 3 for £2 on the shelf but only 1 bottle there. Didn't have the heart to tell them it was incorrectBorn and bred in Manchester (proud of it)

Fantastic!
My housemate and I did a very careful check for SELs at both Loughborough stores yesterday evening and they have been very very thorough, none to be seenIf a post is helpful to you, please take a second to click "thanks", it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside!0 -

Just had my delivery, two items out of 6 missing (out of stock, apparently) and all charged at full price, except a 3 for 2 offer that had been applied to 3 of the items.
Rang CS, took a while to work it all out but they were more than happy to refund the money. They refunded the right amount so that three of them were £2 and then I was going to ask them to take back the other lone one but she reduced that to 66p, the equivalent of what it would have been in the promotion. So less the delivery charge it was £2.66. I'm happy enough with that, they're so much better sizes for holidays than my usual huge bottles of tresseme (*Spelling).
Plus I've already had my refund email.
To those that didnt get the same response, I'd say to ring them again to rearrange things. They obvisouly seem to be all saying the same now, do you think?0 -
Ok so my tesco order has now (fingers crossed) been sorted. First I got the full refund but it was done compleatly wrong so called them back. Again got the full refund and then they called back to say about the nine bottle thing. Told them to do the refund and i'll call today about the rest. That was yesterday (just thought i'd put that cos my figures that I post keep changing lol)
So now I called them and asked what I'd been refunded as no email. CS said the ££££ and I said oh there's been a mistake it should be ££££ (silly me couldn't recall the conversation I had last night about the 9 items lol). She took my word for it and said she would get the rest authorised. Now I've got the 2 refund emails through. I've ended up with £90.60 worth (18 items) for £7.50.
God I do hope thats the end of it for me.0 -
Just to add the lady mentioned while on the phone that any refunds over £25 have to be authorised so thats why some emails are delayed depending on which manager they get sent to. Also there are two call centres that you could get through to - one in Scotland and one in Wales. I spoke to the Scotland one all three times.0

Right!!!!
My order was delivered about 15 minutes ago
I had refined my order a little overnight as I initially had 66 items on order for me and my friends and decided it may be better to cut that back a little.
Of the 36 items on my order, 26 turned up, charged with a 3 for 2 discount applied (lol @ Tesco for muddling things even more!)
I tried ringing the 02920 number for CS but got through to a staff lineso found the 01382 822800 number which worked.
Got through to a friendly enough sounding guy who put me on hold while he went to investigate... hold music, hold music, hold music... silence... eventually dial tone
Rang back again and got through to an even more lovely lady... she has given me her name and direct number and is currently working out the refund for me  She said she will ring me back within 20 mins cause she has some complicated maths to do, lol.
I even asked what would happen about the fact that due to the not available items my order was no longer in multiples of 3 and she said she'd work something out and not to worry, I wouldn't lose out
Obviously I'm not counting any chickens until she rings back but I'm crossing fingers and toesIf a post is helpful to you, please take a second to click "thanks", it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside!0
