Well, my order arrived this morning, at full price...:O(
I refused delivery, then called CS. All they could do (yeah right), was send me a £5 voucher for the inconvenience. I haven't got my refund email either!

I just sent them an email venting about their mistake! lol

I received my order last night - I ordered 12 shampoos, etc.

Two missing, one substitute - so 11 delivered - charged full price.

Phone CS - spoke to a lovely girl who it would appear had just started her shift because she knew nothing about it.

Fiddled around trying to work out the refund (£37.20), said she would have to pass it to her manager but I would get a refund within 3 to 5 days (the time it takes to clear with the bank) and an e-mail shortly.

Received an e-mail about an hour after I spoke to her, so all fine.

As someone posted earlier that you can take non-perishables back to the store for a refund, I wonder whether I should take the two shampoos that I paid full price for back to the store? Mind you, I'm so happy about the bargain I got, I don't know whether to bother. It's a bit out of my way (I don't drive)

My OH thought I was completely mad last night when I told him what i had done and I was dancing around the room. This morning I'm sat at my desk having showered using my Avon bargains from last week and have lovely, soft, shiney hair from CW. :j:j

Do you have your screenshot from when you ordered? Surely they need to honour that price as it showed valid from 1/3/10 to 7/3/10?

I have a screenshot, yes. But the bit I can't get past is the 'you pay the price charged in the store on the day', as it's quite clear, and they'll just tell me to refuse the order. So I'll end up paying delivery for 2 easter eggs and 3 carrots lol.

My order was due yesterday between 5 and 7pm but was not delivered. Delivery was re arranged for today between 3 and 5 but is going to my SIL. Decided to clarify about how this is going to work now they've taken off the offer. CS says the offer was taken off because they were getting so many calls for refunds! They have been told to honour 9 products at a cost of 6.00 and any remaining should be given back to the driver. So guess thta's what I'll ask SIL to do!:(
