Well don't moan when tesco charge you the correct price just return the items and get all your money back

    simples
As far as I am concerned 3 for £2 is the correct price as thats what it says online and thats what I agreed to.

And as for you saying jut return the items and get all your money back. If tesco do not refund the difference I am sure this is what most of us will be doing. Thanks for your positive input

Serves you all right for trying to order too many, did you honestly expect to recieve these items at 3 for 2 quid.

These orders are picked and scanned the morning of your delivery and as the glitch was fixed at midnight - suprise suprise you are charged full price, if you wanted to order 200 bottles then you should have gone to the store last night you would have got away with it then

The website still shows 3 for £2. This isnt a glitch as such it just appears to be a special offer! It it is a mistype, then surely they should have corrected this by now!!!

So none-MSE readers ordering online are supposed to mind-read that the price changed instore? No, didn't think so...

And yes, if I order something and it is delivered to me I expect to pay the price I ordered it at, or, in the case of Tesco, even the price it is currently showing at (which are one and the same, 3 for £2).

AND I did buy some instore last night and was told it was a genuine offer which was on until 7th March and to make the most of it... by the manager.

AND I am pretty sure I have ordered the most out of anyone on here (obviously can only speak for the people who have offered that information) and it is a genuine order for me and my friends, no selling, nothing underhand, not anything approaching 200 bottles either.

I could have gone to another store in the middle of the night but illness prevents me.

    Anything else? ;)

  • Just had mine delivered. I ordered 51 items in total @ guide price of £277.20. 37 items were OOS as it got picked @ Longton S-O-T which i believe has already been hit.....

So they charged me £67 (that inc. delivery & £10 first order discount) for 14 items which was full price. After she spoke to duty manager @ tesco Longton he advised me to refue the order. Instead i stucj to my guns and told her to come back after i'd spoken to CS. They gave me this spiel about the '9 items' so i got £43.50 refunded and need to take the other 5 items back to store where i will get £25.40 refunded which puts me @ a £1 profit. For inconvenience and hassle of going back to store he also gave me £5 credit against my next order....

I maybe a little bit petty here but i think they should honour all items! I am tempted to give them a call back...

Just thought i'd post my feedback!
A glitch a day, keeps the doc away :)
