Even more bizarre is that the Andrew Collinge definatly wasn't on the offer online yesterday. This has actually been ADDED today for some reason.
Maybe another chance to get some of these from the stores if they haven't took the Collinge ones of the shelfs.

I can't understand how my tesco said 3 for 2 nothing about 3 for £2 and even when she put them through they came up as full price for all of them but she said they would honour the 3 for 2 because the signs had not been taken down yet left it as it was nowhere near a bargain as 3 for £2, wanted charles worthington but it never worked for me:o

I believe they were on 3 for 2 before the offer changed to 3 for £2, sounds like they didn't change the SELs.
Honouring the 3 for 2 just meant they didn't wanna pay you the DTD they should have ;)

Right, that does it, I'm off to Mr T's... it'd be rude not to!!!!

Thankyou for that bit of info, I didn't realise they weren't on there yesterday, I had only used the search box to search for Charles Worthington and John Frieda... obviously not realising others were on offer too. Tonight is the first time I went through the menu system!

I always click the red offer bit to see all thats on it. Thinking about it I checked the offer was still up and running on the website around midday and the Collinge weren't on then either.
Just to say I haven't been able to get to any stores so can't comment on that.
  • Have just received (at last) an email from customer services, stating that they are refunding me £122.40.

So I only had to pay £20 for 30 products and £2 delivery (my delivery was due between 9 - 11 this morning and arrived at 11.15, so they took half off for that too!)

    Sweet! :T

It was included in the offer online for me yesterday as I ordered some Andrew Collinge Hydra Therapy Shampoo x2 and a Conditioner which was delivered today! :D

Same here - I spoke to a lovely customer services person who said they would refund the difference no problem - didn't ask any questions - just said she was a little jealous that she hadn't spotted it in time! Just received an email to say I'm being refunded about £70, therefore total for 15 products only £10. :j

Must have just become available at my store then cause I know the site shows different products depending where you are and it wasn't on for me. If anyones interested mine gets delivered from Worksop (which isn't the closest so I don't know how they work that out).

Been trying to read up what's been happening. Mine is due soon, checked online banking and no payments showing as yet, so do I wait and see what I am charged when delivery arrives?

Got screen shots of prices and got laptop online now with Tesco page open and offer still showing!

Got CS phone number and order number written down near the phone! If I refuse all the order and send it all back do I get delivery refund too?

    Sorry for all the questions!
