  • I'm miffed here. They are saying they will not honour if done tonight?

Let's say i'm sitting here doing a tesco order, never before visited mse etc
I see a deal, thinks yes that looks good, pop it in the basket.

Tesco deliver, I see it is wrong and so call CS...They say get notted and go to store for a refund??????

That can not be right, firstly if I wanted to go to store I would not have got my shopping delivered, Secondly what if a disability/lack of transport means I am unable?

    That is simply wrong!

in my local tesco, winchester, i think they have a glitch on thier john freida and charles worthington. a single john frieda shampoo is £4,80, but get 3 of them they come up for £2 for all 3, they might have otherbrands but didnt notice, i just cleaned the shelves!! got 9 bottles of shampoo and conditioner for £8, instead of over £45, bargain!!
I cant believe you have had 135 thank you's Well Done. I got some for my sister, my daughter and myself. I love John Frieda but it is too expensive usually. So thanks again.

You are right and I totally agree with you. Tescos mistake and it would be dreadful customer service to refuse a refund.

ARRGHH I keep coming back to this thread. i cancelled an order this morning when i read everyone sent them back, now I see you can get 9 and then get a refund on the rest. So I did an order AGAIN. This time I ordered 12 so that I could use the £10 off £50 on first order code. Delivery is for tomoz. So what do I do when they arrive. Accept them all then call CS and see what they say ??
I was sweating hitting the button LOL

Oh also when do they deduct the £10 code. It took it off my bill and had ecoupon at the end and said remaning to pay £51 etc, but when i put my card in it was coming up £61 etc, so do they take it off once they process my order??

I have an order coming tomorrow morning, that I originally placed last night (although I have amended it since then to add some easter eggs etc). The offer is still showing online for me, thought it might have disappeared at midnight. Would be great if it's still showing when my order arrives! I imagine most things will be out of stock by tomorrow anyway, but at least I tried :)

All still showing as 3 for £2 online if this helps anyone? Use the 'search' box, topright hand side :)
