She said that i owed 8.00 plus 3.50 delievery so was £11. 50, however because I used a £10 off first ever shp code , I would be charged £1.50 TOTAL. so she will be refunding me £30.50 from my original £31.90 bill, ( 3 4 2 offer on it)

woop just got my order! i placed it yesterday afternoon. i ordered 9 products but only 6 came. It said on the delivery note that it was 3 for 2. I rung up CS and the lady was very polite and said she would refund £20 (original order was £24) so got 6 products for £4 and free delivery!! I got the refund email immediately. Thank you so much to everyone who has posted on here and kept us all up to date with what has been happening. Good luck to everyone still waiting for your order.0
