My driver didn't want to know!

When he turned up I took one look at the total and said "blimey, these are supposed to be on offer!" He just shrugged his shoulders and said "better speak to CS...!"

I got my delivery charge back by phoning CS on the number someone gave earlier on, so it wasn't an 0870 number. Just told them I wasn't prepared to pay £4.50 delivery when they had delivered 3 shampoos for £18, instead of what I actually ordered. And she did it there and then and sent me a confirmation email. Good luck!

I got my delivery charge back cos he was late, however, I also didn't pay for the rest of my shopping! They obviously just took off what I should have paid for my hair products (£10) and refunded the remainder without taking my other shopping into consideration! :j

Is there any way to know for sure which store they send stuff from? Our local store is a great big Extra store and I'm 95% sure that's where they send out the online orders from, that's why I wouldn't have a problem with that option, but don't get me wrong, I would argue it until I was blue in the face first Will ask my housemate whether he knows as he uses them on a weekly basis

Congratulations to everyone who has got the glitch.

I am waiting on my delivery its between 4pm-6pm. Going on this thread on what people have been saying I think I will accept the order and ring customers services to hopefully get refunded the difference.

If they do not then they can come and collect it.

Also went instore this morning to my small local. Sure enough the 3 for £2 signs were still up but very little products stocked as only a metro. I took 6 items to the till paid £28.80 so got back dtd £49.60 so free shampoo and tesco also paid me £20.80

I mean if this is a mistake which it clearly is then you would think tescos would have rectified it by now wouldnt you.
