tescos glitch 3 for £2 on shampoos

....forgot to say, I popped to my local tesco (small store) earlier and they still have the 3 for £2 sign on the shelf. But sadly they only had one bottle left. It's worth keeping a look out for the old signs. Although the offer won't work, DTD will:D0

at first she said I had to take it all back myself....a round trip of over 40 miles to the store it came from:eek: I refused and after an argument she then relented and said she would arrange for someone to pick it up...hes just rang and is on his way now...got refunded for 9 bottles at the full price which I have kept and paid £6 for them...the rest will be refunded when they arrive back in store...could take 3 to 5 days she said!!!
That's appalling, you should write and complain, after all it's their fault not yours.0 -

sorry but they have refused to honour mine and it ewas placed yesterday when the offer was still on in sotre as well.....it made no difference to customer services.,.....and i spoke to 2 different managers as well......dont want people to get their hopes up that tesco will honour this offer for everyone...coz they won't0 -

what a pain! it's their fault they made a mistake. They should'nt expect you to take them back to the store or make you wait up to 5 days for a refund. They've messed up big time with this one!0 -
At first i spoke to a guy called Gareth useless imo! Then rang back and spoke to Gemma Robertson CS Manager and she sorted it all out straight away:j25 nights in Orlando 3rd May - 28th May :j0

After 3 phonecalls to CS, managedto get an email stating my refund would be through in 3-5 days, £87.90!!!! .CS guy told me I could only have a maxium of nine items at the offer price, there was a limit imposed by mr T. I argued the point why did it let me put 21 items in the basket AND checkout? He had no answer to that! He was stunned however with the amount needing refunding, had to repeat it 3 times!!
For once I got a grabbit.:j:j Many thanks to OP:T:T:T:T
You are a star!!!
Lets wait for the next one:D2011, this will be my year .0 -
