My guide price is over £300 but in my defense, that is for at least 6 people and I have picked lots and lots of different things to try as I have hair that fits into every category they make products for (I usually buy straightening stuff but could also do with volumising, repairing, greasy stuff for the roots, dry stuff for the tips etc)
I don't mind temporarily paying over £300 but if they decided for any reason I couldn't have a refund at all I think I would have a nervous breakdown! LOL!

Edit: And I think my partner would disown me ;)

They cannot refuse refund if you place your order when the offer 3 for £2 was still available. You can keep your items and asked to refund you the difference as well. Did you place your order last night?

I'm sure you can get a full refund if you don't want to pay the full price (posibly not the delivery charge though). I'm also sure you can ask them to refund the difference ie honour the glitch price - but I reckon that most times that will be refused. The price you pay is the price given on the day of delivery so you can't insit on the glitch price.

Online is shows that these items are in the 3 for £2 discount, yet they don't apply the discount at checkout. If they choose to stop the offer before peoples items are delivered you are able to refuse delivery of the items when the delivery man arrives and get the money refunded. Not sure if you can get the delivery charge refunded.

I know what you mean. I don't think my boyfriend understands why I felt it necessary to get so many hair products, even if it only cost £20!

If it helps, when I ordered late last night the guide price didn't indicate the offer at all. I was charged the full price of around £140 for my delivery, which I also found quite scary! But stick to your guns with customer service, they'll either honour it or they will have to refund you - remember, it is their mistake, not yours. You just saw a great offer and took advantage of it!

As I still haven't got a confirmation email, I gave CS another call. They said as it is a larger refund amount than they normally have to deal with, they have to get it authorised, but I will be refunded by the end of today, and it takes between 3 - 5 working days for it to clear.

This is my first online order so I don't know what happens about "paying the driver"... but assuming I pay him and then ring CS and they decide to be evil and say they won't honour it, I just want to be sure that I can ask for a refund of the whole lot at that point... AFTER I have accepted the goods on my doorstep. My defense would be that as it clearly told me that the discounts hadn't been applied online that the same is the case for the price the driver gave me and that I had every confidence that my card would only be charged the amount on the offer price ;) Further backup being that I bought a few bottles at that price in store last night so had no reason to believe anything had changed since then as I haven't been back instore or read anything online, lol
