Absolutely! It's still showing 3 for £2 :T0 -
what do you do ? accept it then ring up tesco cs and they refund you ?
whats happening about the substitues?0 -
Just back from my local Tesco. I managed to get some yesterday and thought that I would go back in this afternoon seeing as I was passing:D.
Couldn't believe that they still had the shelf price as 3 for £2, needless to say went through at full price:(.
Off to a very grumpy CS who was a real miseable so and so. She said that I must realise that it was a mistake as they were £4.80 each. Told her thats not what the shelf label said:p.
She said that she would ring the manager and ask his advice, came back and said that I would be refunded and that I could have the three for £2:T
Could really have taken it or left it as I managed to get loads yesterday, but if Tesco cannot rectify their mistakes and at least take off the shelf price then who am I to ignore a bargain:beer:
You should have got Double the difference in price refunded as that is their policy. Would have been a nice tidy profit lol :rotfl:0 -

Yep!
I had three substitutes, but they were duplicates of three of the other items in my order!0 -
Right, i've just placed an order online. Paid ful price but phoned customer services and was told that i will be charged the discounted price when the order is put throught the checkout (instore when order is picked). Asked what if i get charged full price. Told i can refuse delivery of goods and get refunded.
So i don't know what will happen now.0 -
ahh hdont know weither to make an order
was it simple enough to get the refund??0 -
1st time I've taken advantage of a glitch, went to Newton Abbot, McAdams still on the 3 for £2 on SEL,( none of the other premium brands were though), but went through at £7 for the 3 instead of £2, so went to CS, very nice lady, said you've been over charged by £5, and we have to give you double the difference so here's £10! Result! Thank you very much, free shampoo and £10 back!0

I've put in a huge online order for me and my friends... slightly scared as it is a LOT of money (way more than anybody on here has mentioned yet). Please tell me that if I accept the delivery at full price (on my Tesco credit card, lol) and then CS refuse to refund me the overcharge I can still insist they refund the whole order? Please? *worried*If a post is helpful to you, please take a second to click "thanks", it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside!
