just received a call about my order. all the john freida is OOS at the Bmth Tescos and has been replaced with an alternative product (?) obviously this is of no good to me. so what happens next? just accept the worthington shampoo thats left from my original order and refuse the rest? if its full price then get onto CS and get that refunded back to the offer price right?

I must say I have always found tesco CS very helpful for online orders. If I have items missing that I've been charged for they are very quick in sorting a refund out and often give vouchers for the inconvenience. I've even been given a refund for an item I have eg. if 3 for 2 and only received 1 they've refunded all 3 as I said I wouldn't have bought it if not on offer. So I'm very hopefull for this grabbit, especially as others have already been successful.

log back into Tesco - find the products (they're still showing as 3 for £2) - hit 'print screen' or 'prt scrn' (usually top right on keyboard) - open a word document - press ctrl/v to paste the screenshot - evidence that it was showing at a particular time - system clock on you PC should show the time.

It's a screen shot of the offer, saved as a Word doc - I can send it to you if you PM me?

Hiya, I can try and email you (and anyone else who needs it) my screen dump if you want to pm me your email details? I'm just on my way out and will be home again by 2pm if any good for anyone.

ETA: just checked the status of my order for tomorrow and the special offer "banner" beside all the items has gone so just showing the full price. Have my screen dump though so think I'll try and argue it out with CS. Or I'll maybe give them a phone first. Hmmm.

Interesting - I can still see the 3 for £2 - I've cleared my cache in case it's loading from there instead of Mr T's site but it's still showing the offer.

I can't see the 3 for £2 when i log on anymore ordered yesterday and rang this morning to cancel my order and the man said he would cancel it for me, but not sure whether or not he has done. very worried as I can't afford to pay the full price of everything i ordered

Edit: Had a phone call from a friend who went into the new Loughborough store this morning and they still had SELs for 3 for £2 up so he paid full price and got DTD
