    im so glad that for my first proper grabbit ive made you all really happy, what a bargain, i think were done for the next 6 months in shampoo, just wished i bought more as dont have the car today to see!! as one poster said back a few pages, wot a great idea to make up bags for the girlies!!!

  • Thanks Pipjes - I popped out to my local store after seeing your post - got two 'lots' of goodies - including enough serum to last my for ages and ages - for £4 so really pleased :)

    looking at it online and while the offer still seems to be on there they have def reduced the range. I ordered 3 bots of dry shapoo and its not there any more! i think my del is here! finders crossed

    Has anyone tried to get of these at any of the Tesco Stores in Milton Keynes?

    I brought some of the Mark Hill products but they really do not agree with my hair so if I can get a couple of items from this range it'd be great as I know that this makes my hair look nice.

    Right, as expected my delivery just arrived and it was full price. I accepted the delivery and promptly phoned CS (0845 722 5533 - saynoto0870 equivalent is showing as 029 2062 2972) and spoke to a lovely lady. She could see the offer was still 'live' on her end of the system and that my order was placed within the offer dates and I got the right products etc. She got a bit confused with the figures though (bless) and said she couldn't refund but that she would speak to my store and get them to sort it all out and that a refund would be placed back on my card. Am hoping this is true. Will probably call back later to check the status of this. Fingers crossed the store don't give her any problems and that I get my refund (which she said I would definitely get). In the world of Tesco though, anything could happen.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    I placed an order with Tesco last night when the promo was definitely still going but have just logged into my tesco account and the promotion has been removed and items are showing as full price now, Dont think I need the extra hassle with phoning CS so have just amended my order and removed the items from my basket! Well done to those who did manage to take advantage of this deal, it was a brilliant spot:)

  • Hi Just registered to let you all know that i accepted my delivery then phoned customer services and got a refund no probs! And cos i used a £10 off 1st shop voucher i got em free!!!!!

    Well all my haircare was full price so i returned it to the driver. Can't be bothered with the hassle of returning them instore. Glad some of you managed to get some instore.
  • My order arrived, not only been charged full price, but there were 3 items missing & 6 substitutes! Spoke to CS who are baffled by the offer, they are going to get store dot com manager to phone me, driver went & did his other drops in the area & then came back to me, I said will sort it out my end as he has a schedule to keep to. CS lady accepted that the offer was live at time of phone call. lets see what happens!!!!! Also asked about Dthe D ,said she would ask the store!!!!!!!!!!!! but didn't see why not!!!!!!
    2011, this will be my year .
