My online delivery has just arrived. Got charged full price for every item, not even 3 for 2. Driver took it all away and will get my card refunded. Asked him if I still paid the delivery charge, he didn't know so could be £4 out of pocket.

I ordered online and will not accept if charged full price. It clearly states 3 for £2 until 7/3. Has anyone claimed DTD when overcharged with an online order?

Have placed an online order due between 10-12. Am expecting it to most likely be full price, but what are the chances of accepting the delivery and calling CS afterwards to see if they will honour the offer? If I accept the delivery, does that mean I can't return it later if CS refuse?

Interestingly AMO1980 on hukd says: The best way is to accept the delivery. Then if you are overcharged ring up customer services. By then they will not want the hassle of refunding you and then sending someone round to pick up the stuff and restock. If you don't get anyway, sending off a letter to complain is the best way saying that there was an amazing offer that stated that it ran until the 7th and then the prices were changed after you had ordered and that Tescos didn't contact you about whether you wanted to cancel. Enough people doing this and Tesco will not want the logistics of picking up and restocking the returns.

What do other people think though?

i just been to tesco cradley heath, did not work for me. try to buy 3x john freida shampoo and conditioner. also tried charles worthington no luck.

Hi, I went to Tesco Cradley Heath straight from work last night, even though it meant catching two buses! I went through the self scan and got £159.60s worth of stuff for £20. The time was about 6.00pm, so I can confirm it was working then.

I tried 3 products - there was a SEL sying 3 for 2 but scanned at full price so DTD of £9.60 refunded. I only ended up paying £4.80 for 3 so not as good as 3 for £2 but still good deal!!!!

My delivery has been cancelled. The reason given that John Frieda has withdrawn the offer so they have taken all the stock off the shelves meaning they cannot fulfill my order. My card has not been charged as that is done after they have picked the stock.

Mine came to about £159 ish, so what? If you make an effort to get there why shouldn't you have as much as you want?
