Well all my haircare was full price so i returned it to the driver. Can't be bothered with the hassle of returning them instore. Glad some of you managed to get some instore.

You should have kept them and phoned CS as its still showing on their website as 3 for £2 just checked! chase the driver quick lol
I'm sure this site makes me spend more than I save

Right, as expected my delivery just arrived and it was full price. I accepted the delivery and promptly phoned CS (0845 722 5533 - saynoto0870 equivalent is showing as 029 2062 2972) and spoke to a lovely lady. She could see the offer was still 'live' on her end of the system and that my order was placed within the offer dates and I got the right products etc. She got a bit confused with the figures though (bless) and said she couldn't refund but that she would speak to my store and get them to sort it all out and that a refund would be placed back on my card. Am hoping this is true. Will probably call back later to check the status of this. Fingers crossed the store don't give her any problems and that I get my refund (which she said I would definitely get). In the world of Tesco though, anything could happen.

:jI also rang customer services and thankfully got the offer honoured. The lady I spoke to also sent me an email proving they would be refunding the difference (which was a big one £132.40) she was an absolute:A

Very happy as I got the red collection for DD, Platinum for DM and Honey for me.:j

Went to my local and all offer signs removed. I got 3 John Frieda to see if it works but all go through full price. However I picked up a Glade Plug in ( GListening Snow ) on offer at 2.04 but went through at 5.00 so got 5.92 dtd. Aldo used a domestos voucher from the voucher thread. Domestos blue 24 hour is on offer at 49p and voucher is for 35p so bleach 14p!!

my orders due to arrive later this evening.. it will be my first delivery from tescos and i was wondering, from peoples experience, what would be the best way to handle it. im assuming that i will get charged full price if i accept the order. what happens next? you ring CS and ask for a refund stating you'd bought them under a genuine offer and hope they honour it? what about the DTD issue, how does that apply if at all? cheers!

Same here - all local stores ( near Cheltenham) are back to normal and no prices against the John Frieda products. Scanned them to check - all at full price. Great while it lasted! Thanks OP
