I'm sure you can get a full refund if you don't want to pay the full price (posibly not the delivery charge though). I'm also sure you can ask them to refund the difference ie honour the glitch price - but I reckon that most times that will be refused. The price you pay is the price given on the day of delivery so you can't insit on the glitch price.

it was still 3 4 £2 today when mine was delivered but they still wouldn't honour it....

I didnt order last night but i took a screen shot of the page where it said the offer was valid until the 7th. Do you think they would accept this and give me the offer?

well done to everyone who did the glitch :) I didn't know about it until last night so I placed an order online. After reading about all the hassle peeps are getting I decided to cancel the order. I don't want Mr T taking £100 out of my account. Oh well, there will be more glitches. I just wasn't meant to get this one!

does this mean you ended up paying the full price ? or £6 and they collected the rest ?
at first she said I had to take it all back myself....a round trip of over 40 miles to the store it came from:eek: I refused and after an argument she then relented and said she would arrange for someone to pick it up...hes just rang and is on his way now...got refunded for 9 bottles at the full price which I have kept and paid £6 for them...the rest will be refunded when they arrive back in store...could take 3 to 5 days she said!!!

Hi - I did PM you earlier to ask for your email address, but having a spot of bother with Hotmail at the mo so you might have to wait a while for it!

However, you probably won't need it anyway- I wasn't asked for any "proof", CS took my word for it and have refunded my money (more than they should have done bizarrely enough?!?)
