    Hi everyone :hello:

I might be a bit late, but can I join in please? Haven't been counting so far but there's 12 more work days left of March so I'm aiming to bring my lunch in 11 times.

    Thanks, K x

Ham, cheese and pickle sandwich for me today. Cottage cheese, tomatoes and lettuce as an extra; banana and apple for snacks....

Think I'm on 10/20, need to check!

Got a bit of a surprise today when I got a lunch provided unexpectedly and so didn't need my HM lunch. It will save for tomorrow anyway.
Does everyone think that this counts as a minus lunch?:rotfl:

Leftover SC chicken and potatoes for me today. Also made another batch of pearl barley & spinach risotto and got some chilli on the hob...Oh it's getting more exciting than sandwiches!

  • First the good news - lunch from home, healthy wholemeal roll with ham and some cherry tomatoes, followed by satsuma and Go Ahead bar, thats me thinking 5/5 so far, all good :)

then the bad news - was drawn to the lure of the evil vending machine not once, but twice today!!! Aaaaaghhh!!! :o:o oh the shame!

so that was my hard work all cancelled out by my own greed!!

note to self - stop taking money to work.....and stop eating choccy!!

Another sandwich brought from home today - corned beef salad on wholemeal. I would prefer to take home made soup or something else but the place that I'm working at this week and next only has a tiny kitchen and everybody is queuing for the microwave as it is so I can't be doing with the hassle of reheating something. x
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Doing well this week so far - had arranged to go out for lunch with colleague but then she cancelled - fortunately I'd brought a 'back-up pack-up'. We've rescheduled for Friday so I can still do 4/5 HM lunches this week. I'm having a feta phase at the moment. Feta and pears.

You could always take a flask? Wee change from sandwiches...

I'm also still thinking about a bento box but they look a bit too big and bulky and I already end up taking about 3 bags to work with me every day.

Day 2 and forgot to take lunch in with me, must try harder. Aim for 10 out of the remaining 11 working days.
