Still working on my stash at a steady rate, and I think things are starting to go down. Found a couple of things that definitely had to go in the bin, and got rid of a load of sachets that must have been around for years, as some felt like there was very little left in them.

DS bought me a Lush box for Mother's Day, but that'll be used by the end of the week - it's got my one of my fave bath bombs and soaps in, and a sugar scrub.

Finished up one of the Dove deodorants this morning - I knew it was on its way out. I'll leave doing the WIBA review until I'm a bit further through the stash on those - I still have threee more yet. On to a roll-on that I'm gradually working my way through - I keep using it for a while then getting bored and moving on to something else! I'll go through my bag of bits ready for going away sometime through this week - I'm taking lots of sachets and minis to use up. Must remember to also take a small pair of scissors to avoid repeated attacks of "Sachet rage!" :rotfl:

Nab - have a hug from here too! (((((((())))))))

Oh, you've been so brave admitting that - and thevicster has nearly guessed it - so I suppose I'll come clean

    it was Coleen :o:o:o:o

Never have I been given a gift, said 'you shouldn't have' and meant it so much! Oh well, all gone now :A:rotfl:

So close!! To be fair, it is quite a nice smell, I did consider buying it! And it's nowhere near as bad as Alex Curran!

Bit scary, but I have booked myself a little mini cruise to Spain! My first time abroad and I'm going alone. I got a passport in December and am desperate to use it! Will be good for using up all those pesky little samples :rotfl:

morning all hugs to those who didnt have the best day yesterday.

i managed to use up a bottle of sanctuary body wash and the dregs of a small bottle of sanctuary body lotion.
    stash got added to yesterday:o
angel shower gel and little perfume bottle
    SJP Lovely perfume
big tub of sanctuary body butter - wont have quite the same appeal now after littlest DS gave it me let him smell it he recons it looks like lard and smells of marmite:rotfl:
sanctuary "me time spa treats box" contains little bottles of bath float, body wash a mini body butter and a couple of sachets -a face mask and a salt scrub. there is also a £3 off facial products voucher in it.
i wont list the edibles or flowers lets just say having 5 kids does kind of spoil you;)

Didnt see much of eldest DS all weekend he was only home to sleep, his school had the young americans in and all i can say is if they come to your area get your kids involved they are brilliant! the whole weekend was a workshop of song dance and having fun. last night we went to watch the show- first half is the cast of the young americans and the second half is the 'local' kids showing what they have learned performing with them. He was on such a high and has left for school early as they are in this monig doing a leaving assembly.

must wash hair once kids are at school then going to PYNM going to go for a darker colour this week i think

    I've been Money Tipped!
I finnaly finished the scrub of your life! Whoohoo. I was good, I took the lid of the tube, filled with water and swished. I can't believe after never ending the stuff ran out half way through a shower....we also finished one of the four shower gels currently on the go. I found out partly it was taking so long be cause DH has been using the JASON shower gel (rose scented) which is in an opaque bottle, so not sure how much of that left. Its definitely what we'll get next time though. Although expensive the bottles are large, and great for DH's skin (psoriasis) and nicely scented without being heavy or sweet.

There was a beautiful toiletries stall n our hall in crufts, I did so well to resist, The unusal combination of cconut with black pepper would have been a really good addition to my battery of smells, but it was a lotion, and I'm going to stck with butters.

One bonus of being more pampered is that I took nly a teeny tiny make up case: knowing exactly which products would best get me through the day, and I got away with tinted moisturiser...nout foundation & concealer...so took the tinted moisteriiser I bought abut 5 years ago then never finished (dermologica) a dior flash (do I prefer this to touche eclat? don't know, next time I'll get which ever is cheapest I think), a mascara and Nars orgasm multiple. although I was a fashion disaster I was qute pretty in the face and I smelled ok (incredible on the last day of crufts where the pervading smell is dog pee'd carpets.)

I did buy a glass nail file. I love these and had forgotten to put one in the handbag I took, therefore I broke a nail. I'm happy to have a few of these, near all my hand creams and in the car...

you're all so good and i wish i had some of your dedication, i feel like i'm slacking as i get bored of items halfway through and stop using them :embarasse i'm trying to perservere with some body lotion at the moment so hope it gets used up soon!

On a lighter note finished some dove deoderant (seems to be running out for a few of us!) and some mark hill brunette shampooooooo (only another 4 bottles to go then onto the john freida and charles worthington stashes! :rotfl:) would definately buy it again - wasn't too keen on the smell but it left my hair with a mirror shine!

mine was indifferent.............. DS (17 months) bought me a card. I also got some roses and a CD.... which i ended up paying for :rotfl:

i did manage to use up a boots small (gift set size) cranberry body butter. WIBA: definatly (tho i have a hunch its discontinued) as it went on nicely and smelt like those fruit salad sweets you used to have as a kid..... yummmmy.

Don't know if it has been mentioned already as i tend to dip randomly in and out of this thread ( you guys can TALK :D) but a tip i picked up from the OS board is that once you have finished cleaning you face with the wipe, have a quick swish around the bathroom with it. It really helps keep on top of the cleaning :j

funny you should say that.... just the other night DH asked the best way to remove the sticky from his nicotine patches (any ideas other then sergical spirit as I can't that at the mo)?? It reminded me of when I used to use Clearasil pads - always cleaned my bedside cabinet after it got sticky tea marks off a treat.

Oh that's brave! I'd love to do something like that. Good for you!

I have painted my nails with a Miss Sporty :rotfl:that I bought, er, yesterday, because I'd never seen that particular shade of blue in a bottle before, and it was so cheap, and I'd never owned anything Miss Sporty before :rotfl::o. It doesn't seem to have a name.
