Finished a No 7 Perfect Lips Pencil in Nude today, will buy it again, these are the best lip pencils I've ever used. Also finished a box of Twinings ginger tea.
But last night I found a make-up bag full of dark lipsticks, all expensive, and I can't see me ever wearing them again, much less finishing them. Depressing!0 -
Have you worked out if it would be cheaper to just buy another magazine with the free product, instead of using the 20% voucher ?
lol it would be cheaper to get the moisteriser from the magazine for sure
but I was being naughty and thinking about getting other stuff from the range, but now I think I will be strong and resist!!0 -

Used up a big bottle of dentyl clove today-WIBA Yes I would, I prefer this to listerine and like the fact that it's alcohol free.
Threw away a st ives apricot scrub cleanser-It was ancient and I didn't want to risk using it on my face.
Off topic slightly but I'm having probs with a difficult ebay customer who purchased and received a large bottle of perfume and body lotion last week.Brand new completely unopened and originally from boots.2 days later she decided to ask for a refund and has opened up a dispute accusing me of tampering with box and product, sellling fake perfume and has said perfume has no fragrance and body lotion is watery which obviously means she opened and tested and probably didn't like the smell. How would I go about this now, as I don't feel it's fair refunding her as she has opened the products so I can't resell or reuse.Items were definatetly unopened and perfect when I posted.Love can tame the wildest0 -

OH cripes - not sure - you can dispute back i think though - I agree with you, thats DEFINATELY not fair to expect you to refund and take it back just cos she doesnt like it - how thick does she think you are trying to make out that its a fake??!!!!! I posted about an ebay problem over on the consumer rights board - maybe try that or the ebay board?? good luck though - what a cowbag !!Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
Thanks to those who replied to my question about waxing vs epilating. I had an epilator but got rid of it... wasn't too impressed with it to be honest, I felt like it took ages to do my legs and I'm impatient so I went back to shaving. I quite like plucking hairs from my legs with my tweezers (bit of a habit, I don't actually sit and pluck out all of my leg hairs) so can't imagine waxing would feel that different -- well apart from that you're pulling several hundreds of hairs at once :eek:
I think I'll give waxing a go, anyway. I don't fancy going to a proper waxing place to have it done. I don't think I've ever had a beauty treatment done by a professional...
Nothing much to declare here. I've gone back to my usual Dove conditioner as I keep trying different ones and so far they have all irritated my skin OR left my hair feeling lank and greasier than before I washed it. Lesson learnt.
So I spent £1 on the conditioner, 38p on 2x toothbrushes & £1 on some antibac soap. The only thing I bought that wasn't necessary was a lipstick for 99p - the colour looks completely different on my lips than it did when I swatched it on my hand :mad:0 -
Who wanted to know about cheap Dove deodorant?
the roll on was 80p in Morrisons this morning.
They had loads, and loads of conditioners and other yummy things on discount. I do need conditioner soon...but I decided to resist: none of them were ones I would have chosen if no discount was available.0 -
This week I have used up;
Decleor Neroli oil - wiba? Yes, as this really helps to balance and hydrate my skin.
L'Occitane Milk shea butter soap- wiba? definately. I prefer washing my body with soap than shower gel, and this soap leaves my skin very soft.
Phytomer Enzyme Peel - wiba? Possibly, this is a very quick and easy exfoliator, but it is >£20 so would have to see how the pennies are.0
