Am catching up, but wanted to say:
I would definitely try the No7 blond eyebrow pencil for colour before you buy it, as I found it a very strange colour. (I have blond hair and dark blond/medium brown eyebrows).
In fact, try the pencil for colour, and if it's a good match let me know, and I'll send you mine.

I recommend the Clinique eyebrow pencil, but it's £9.50.

Thank you for your amazing and very kind offer, I did buy the No7 one, but haven't tried it in the great outdoors yet (so I hope it isn't too strange looking)... My hair colouring is strawberry blonde...

I love Clinique, I used to buy it all the time, but can't seem to afford it now - although £9.50 doesn't seem too bad :)
I'm buying No More Toiletries, I'm Deluttering and I'm Losing Weight for 2010!

went to see 3D Alice last night,1st 3D ever! A bit odd,OH liked the film and it was ok but not one I would watch again....much prefer JD in Pirates:):):)
    Snipped
Ive been asked to see this film and am not sure about it, i didnt like charlie and the chocolate factory and just wondered if its a simillar style? Trouble is the person who has asked me, is a mum from playgroup and for one reason or the other we have had to cancel or put off any outings and i dont want to say no and make her feel like i dont want to go out with her, cause i do but like i said im not too sure id like this film. (I dont know her too well and i get the impression she is suffering from some sort of Pnd so i dont want to upset her as she is quite sensitive and sleep deprived too, poor woman)

I had a bad reaction last night to a Sanctuary spa body lotion. As soon as i'd finished putting it on my skin felt like it was on fire and i went bright red like i'd been sunburnt. Two showers and an antihistamine later it was still burning and i started to panic, luckily it eventually eased but i was worried for a while.
Snipped, oh Holly hope your feeling better lovely and maybe try some calamine lotion or Aloe Vera for your skin too?

Agreed but the Nair microwave wax works really well for me.
Works great for me too, although i do like to get bikini line done at salon for a professional clean finish;).
You laugh because I'm different......I laugh cause I just farted!

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt. (A.C)
  • Right, caught up now. I finished a Lancome Magnifiue body lotion today, twas part of a gift set with a 30ml edp and some Hypnose mascara. WIBA yes if i could get it for the price i paid, which was £13 for the set, cause there are other fragrances i would like to try that may work out cheaper if i have to pay "regular prices".
As for the Zumba class, it was great and i really enjoyed it, even though it was a taster class and i did feel a tiny bit silly doing the butt shaking and the chest pumping:o. Classes start properly in weeks time so thats my Wednesdays sorted.

Gah - you've all made me remember that I need to wax my legs now. I have the strips in the cupboard so no excuse.... Might do it before I get in the shower tonight then. :(

Lynz - I'm not going back to Boots Clearance for a while now so I expect it will all be different stock by the next time I go. Was chatting to my Sister in Law on Sunday though (she lives in the Erith area) and she was asking about how to find it so I think she's going to head over there sometime soon.

Nab - hope your dance thing went well, do tell us what it was like!

Finished up a Boots Mediterranean Melon, Mint & sugar body scrub mini last night - WIBA? No - probably not. Smelt lovely, but the grains were quite big and it left a sort of oily film on my skin which I wasn't too keen on. Back to the Crabtree & Evelyn one now.

Right, I've showered, washed my hair, moisturised and used a vial of Umberto Giannini Spa Rituals Brightening Plus Hair Elixir. What a mouthful!! One down, only another seven to go from a previous Grabbit glitch.... I can't quite decide whether I like the smell or not - it's a bit odd and herbal smelling, but kind of grows on you. I'm not sure if it's done my hair much good though. My hair and skin really don't like all the chlorine in the water down here. :(

    That's great news Nab! :)
OK, I just threw away a little blue jar too small to be useful.....I have fluttering heart and fingers itching to lift it out of the recycling box.....
I'm sorry, I know I'm sad but I absolutely have to know whether you retrieved the jar lostinrates.... :o

    rofl.

well....I got it out and put it back ina few times....then. relaised it was in the wrong bin anyway, and put it in the glass recycling box, (our rather than council's)and its now gone.

TBH I still feel a bit edgey about it..and I have loads of stuff I put off finishing for the same reason...but I have more beautiful jars and pots, in more useful sizes. we have three storage containers full of ''stuff''' and I just need to deal with the ''stuff'' issue. DH has more rubbishy stuff than I do, but I need to make sure that if I'm going to complain or ask him to think about it I'm doing the same myself.

See...this massive justification for throwing away rubbish? Its not normal, is it? :(:o:D

I've used up a Boots Uplifting Aromatherapy Bath essence with Lemon grass & Rosemary that i got for Christmas in a set ( i've still got a few body lotions from it to use ) about 3 years ago WIBA? No i don't really like the smell very much, it's quite manly.

I'm hoping to finish the foot lotion tonight but knowing my luck it'll still have some left. It's like the magic porridge pot.
