Sounds grim fedup - is there anything off prescription you could get from Boots or somewhere?
Kazw - ouch, hope you feel better soon too
    and hugs for Poohbear

Just eating some lovely HM carrot and lentil soup - first time this week I have been able to taste anything. Off to do some de-cluttering, and plant the first seeds.

I tend to go to Ikea (Nottingham) straight after dropping the boys at school - tends to be farly empty compared to the horror that is the weekend.

I got virtually nothing done as I had another asthma attack yesterday. My GP has organised an Xray for Monday but we don't exect it to show anything.

I should have kept on top of my flying as keeping the dust down and the mould at bay is a huge help for my asthma.

Could it be related to tree pollen - DS3 has been coughing for a couple of weeks (he gets asthma like symptoms brought on my tree pollen) and his creases are starting to itch. Take care hun x

    Hello all!

Still don't know yet whether I'll have to stay until the end of April or whether I can go on 16th. T

Hun, that place is hell, the head is an evil unprofessional witch. I'd get sick the last day of Easter Holidays and get signed off for the last 2 weeks of your contract. Take everything with you on your last day of term - actually start bringing stuff which is yours and you don't need home as of Monday x

Going to put on some warm clothes now and go and hoover the cars out in the sunshine and a child can use baby wipes to clean all the seats!

Thanks, I hadn't thought about tree pollen as we still have snow but DH has said there are a few trees with catkins on them nearby. I was tested years ago (!!!!! test) and tree pollen was one of the things I reacted strongly to.

sexy I would leave or go sick on the 16th. I think the head has had her pound of flesh from you and you can spend the break looking for somewhere a lot better.

DS1 has spent the week in our local school and it has restored his faith in humanity. He is set to go back to uni and repeat his placement to get his teaching qualifiation. It will mean he has to go back next year too, but hey hum, 6 years at uni, one more year won't make that much difference.

Hugs kazwookie, I hope your shoulder pain eases soon. How about a movie whilst you rest it? Try a bit of heat then cold alternating, a hot water bottle then a bag of peas helps me.

I now go in the evenings (exactly the same Ikea!) it's REALLY quiet Friday evenings...

last night we went to Meadowhall at 5ish (DD and me) was 'quiet' there, too.

I have been and ordered my new sofas! I wangled a free leather care kit (£19.99) from the salesman :D (my mum got one free so I knew it was doable;)) AND bless him, he took my order and deposit (at sale price) BUT I have to go back in a fortnight as they are having a members event where there will be a further 10 or 20% discount and I can have the discount on top of the sale price:D:money:

AND orange are couriering a new phone tomorrow because this one won't charge! :D:D free because it's less than 6 months old!
