    Monday ~ Kitchen & Dining area
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter and wipe worksurfaces
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Wipe table![/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Wipe fronts of units and large appliances
    Scrub out the sink and polish the taps
    Run appliances through a clean cycle.. clean filters, drawers and doorseals first![/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Wipe over the oven and hob and fridge
    Clean out the freezer.. defrost if necessary but just emptied and sorted otherwise.. scrub those door seals!
    Clean out the cupboard with the pet food/miscellaneous items! [/STRIKE]

    Extras[STRIKE]Scrub tiles
    dust and deweb!
    Wash small appliances and replace
    wipe the fluffy tops of appliances!

    Tuesday ~ Living room, reception rooms and hallway

    [STRIKE]Level One
    Declutter and vacuum floors
    Wash any soft furnishings and plump pillows and fluff throws[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Vacuum under sofa cushions and wipe away any gungy marks
    Tidy coats, bags and shoes
    Vacuum under furniture you can safely move[/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Tidy understair/hall cupboard
    Dust and deweb
    Polish glass and metals and mantel[/STRIKE]

    Extras
    1. [STRIKE]Wash windows[/STRIKE] and curtains
    2. Clean out fire..arrange for chimneys to be swept.. every 6 months if you burn wood and smokey fuel!
    [STRIKE]Wipe doors and skirtings
    Catch up on any important phone calls

    1. update finances spreadsheets
    Wednesday ~ Master bedroom
    Level One

    Strip, wash and replace the bedding
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Clear the floordrobe/shoes/bags etc that are strewn around
    Make sure any chairs in the room are visible!
    Clear and tidy the top of a wardrobe/chest of drawers[/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    Do your pillows need replacing?
    Binbag dance

    1. Empty and wash out all bins upstairs
    2. Clear out a cupboard.. any cupboard.. or a very full drawer I guess

    Thursday ~ Bathroom, WC and Study
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter and vacuum/mop floors in these rooms![/STRIKE]
    Set pc to declutter cache and defrag while you scrub the fixtures and fitting in the bathroom/wc.
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Polish screens (microfibre cloth and a dab of white vinegar brings them up a treat) and mirrors and glass shelves.
    Shine taps and shower rails and radiators[/STRIKE]
    Remove 10 dead/unused links from your favourites and clear out some of your inbox!
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Remove all dirty laundry/smelly soft furnishings to the wash basket
    Replace bathmats/shower curtains/sponges and toothbrushes that are manky[/STRIKE]
    Declutter and wipe the desk.. do any filing you find on there!

    Extras
    1. Clear and wipe and windows/french doors
    2. Sort all empties to recycling and make a note of anything you need to restock
    3. Sort through CD/DVD shelves.. dust and fling any that are no longer of use!
    4. Wipe over any sofas/chairs
    Friday ~ Everything else!
    Level One
    Declutter floors in childrens rooms, hall, stairs and landing
    Vacuum these floors
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Strip some neglected sticky bedding[/STRIKE]
    Sort through a box of toys/junk
    Organise a chest of drawers/wardrobe
    Level Three
    Tidy up coats, bags and shoes.. throw away broken umbrellas!
    Wash some grubby curtains
    Wipe paintwork in a room you've not done this in for some time
    Extras
    1. Clean fronts and backs of 2 radiators
    2. Binbag dance
    3. Straighten a bookcase.. the books not the actual furniture! :p

    Put more bowls of hot water in freezer (Wish I hadn't started there seems to be wet towels everywhere!)
    Filled a bin bag

    MY freezer had about an inch of ice in it :eek:

    Bother. Neither heating nor DW fix was permanent. Heating at least should be dealt with tomorrow.

    DW is more of a problem. There is something stuck in the pump stopping it from turning. I've extracted two lemon pips, but there is definitely something else down there which I can't get to. After my next meeting I might try taking it apart a bit more... :eek:

    Already vacuumed (Mr LW). Decluttered.
    Strip, wash and replace the bedding
    Done Saturday, as per our schedule.
    Level Two
    Clear the floordrobe/shoes/bags etc that are strewn around All clear.
    Make sure any chairs in the room are visible! It is!
    Clear and tidy the top of a wardrobe/chest of drawers
    Done; all given a good dust'n'polish.
    Level Three
    Do your pillows need replacing? They're fine.

    Done
    HHI None to do; HHWii instead.

    I'm not posting any progress on Thursdays list today, although a couple of tasks are done, as I'll be too tempted to rush around and do it all, which in my case is not a good idea.
    However.....*fanfare* Wednesday is complete.

    sorry i havent kept up with the list but have not been slacking

    [STRIKE]i have completed the bedroom
    s/s bathroom and toilet
    2 long but productive phone calls
    2 bank charge reclaim letters and long med form for incap ben done
    dropped off clutter to charity shop and other stuff to various homes
    sorted tea for tonight as we are out this eve
    washing hung out
    wm x2 on
    tried unsuccessfully to find accomodation for fri and sat night that is cheap ..anyone know of anywhere in rutland ?????? haydn is playing for england again found out just over a week ago!
    cleared more paperwork - filed or binned[/STRIKE]

    So he's had his, I need mine but what I fancy is in the outside freezer now!

    Still defrosting freezer but living room is tidy! Just need to polish now
