  • Hi all

Not feeling so well today with the high levels of pain I had yesterday continuing - in fact I drove to work but couldn't go in as I was in tears with the pain - so I came home again. Feel really bad that had to cancel a home visit but I cannot sit in the chairs at work as it was so painful yesterday.

I have sat and had another cup of tea and will take some more tablets as have a headache from getting so upset - how stupid do I feel. So I will try and make the best of today and catch up a bit on the jobs I didn't do yesterday.

I hope every one is ok and I will try and catch up later but the headache is telling me not to read anymore.

Off to try and to a HHC

Cheers Piggers. I've separated them out on my Word document, to make myself just do one day's worth of tasks at a time.;) I'm terrible for trying to "get ahead of myself" and don't want to spend the weekend knocked out.:o
    Glad you're OK.

Posi-vibes (thanks for that term PenPen:rotfl:) wherever needed, specially Zoelikesjam as it sounds like you could use them and Cally for her pudd'n-cat's operation, just cos I love furbabies.

    (((HUGS))) also whever they're needed/wanted.

Pleased with myself at the mo - sorting out the finances (yesterday's "extras" list) included decluttering some money from my Current account and tidying it away into my Savings account.

...how do you declutter cache on pc?...

Your cache I'm assuming is your internet cache, so depends which browser you are using.

For Firefox press Ctrl-Shift-Del, make sure cache is ticked (and you might not want anything else ticked) and click "Clear Private Data Now". For IE I think you need to go to Tools and then Internet Options. Click the "Delete..." button at the Browsing History section, and Temporary Internet Files is the cache, and therefore the one you want ticked (again you might not want to clear any of the others).
