*if* i spent all the time and effort posting comps regularly, and someone who knows or should know i did kept posting them i would be very inclined to send them a pm saying hey its brilliant you wnat to take over posting ALL the comps form such and such site, if you ever cant do them for a day let me know and ill fill in for you. thanks very much, ill relish the extra time i now have since i can trust you to post all those comps
type of thing.
honestly and truthfully i do not know how you guys find the time to post comps as well as enter them. every time i begin to get caught up something happens which takes me away and im behind on entering again, and thats without posting them as well.
quite honestly, if you regularly post the comps then you shouldnt need to search to check its not already on here before posting, it should go without saying that if it is its a new person posting by mistake.
thank you for all the time you do all take0 -
Totally agree BMN, I like to see the comps by regular posters because I know that they have checked and double checked that the info given is correct. I have seen posts in the past, particularly with comps where there are multiple answers (magazines etc) where people have had to point out incorrect or missing information. I always believed that you had to supply exactly what the comp runner is asking for, if all that they want is a name and phone number, that is all that you must provide, or risk disqualification. There is a major comp runner at the moment where someone has started posting them instead of the usual poster and the info that they are giving disagrees with what the site asks for. I have pointed it out, but they still continue to do it.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

So, we just got back from an amazing stay at a 5* Deluxe hotel in Mauritius (won on a comp, obviously!!!). It was heaven. Now, on the way there I collected Travel Magazine and noticed a comp for a holiday for 2 to the Maldives, via Luxury Holidays Direct, worth £12k, ending in June sometime. Being the comper I am I ripped it out and stashed it in my room at the hotel, only to find midweek that the butler chucked it out
I've run a search and I can't find it on the forums!!Can you buy travel magazine? It was just a freebie on my flight! gutted.
2008-2011: £23k of wins
2011 best win: my wedding ring
2012 best win so far: iPad 2!!!! Holiday to Austria (given to family member) :j also £100 & 2 wine cases
Thank you so much, all posters

Does anyone know if anyone actually won this:

It was the comp where you had to take a pic of a cardboard doll in a strange place. We entered....and were emailed to say they'd update the site with pics of dolls sent in...but nothing ever appeared?! Yet the com still appears to be there...
any thoughts?0 -
pixiedust - I think it was Sunday Times but can't recall. It was just available for free when boarding the plane. I'll have a look in WH smiths. Do you know how often a new one is out? I got it on 14th May!2008-2011: £23k of wins
