Aaargh!
As soon as I start to think that the sale of flat is going through, bad things happen!
It turns out there is some sort of leak and people are complaining at me, yet there's nobody in the flat and I can't see an leaks...
I hope this doesn't affect the sale - I'm trying to fix the "problem" but it's quite hard when the people that complained aren't anywhere to be seen and don't respond to the note that I left them!!!

It also doesn't help that I haven't completed the forms that my solicitor has sent me for the sale of my flat yet because I'm not sure about some of the questions and can't get hold of him because he isn't in this afternoon.

**runs and hides as I work for solicitors**.....would offer to help but not my place of expertise anymore (was in Oz), am now working in criminal law...
