With a hunger for apps the [re may just get what it needs, all those apps on the iPhone being moved over to the Pre with very little work needed by the developer to make it happen. EA Games showed how easy it was to do it and gave free 3D games to the UK user. Good for Palm nad good for the people who make the apps, another market to sell to.0

Palm have announced more 3D games from EA Games and release PDK for application developers to enable their apps to run on Pre's and other Palm phones. Took EA Games a couple of weeks to re code all their games for Palm.
Palm is also free now on all deals, to help sell them granted but the app cat might just do the same thing.0 -
When I went back to using an iphone I tried to go back a menu by sweeping my finger at the bottom and it took me a while to remember how to do things, even closing a program became a task. Web O.S. is the best opperating system, it may not have a big app catelogue and some may not like the design of the pre, but as opperating systems go, it does everything effortlessly and its plesant to look at. I think if the apple fan boys actually had a go on one they'd realise what their missing.0

I used my GF iPhone and had the same problem.
I have a feeling that Palm will license WebOS and if that happens expect HTC to sell it on their phones and it will then be bigger than Android and Apple. All Palm need to do is advertise it better and it will be a winner. Look at this ad by someone who entered a competition:

Reviving an old thread but it looks like Palm is up for sale.
