  • The Save the Children website has lots on this too but MSE website won't let me post the link! Try this savethechildren.org.uk/en/docs/a_generation_on.pdf
  • No it's not - the save the children website puts it at 15%, which is still lower than the number of children who die from dysentry etc, caused by dirty water.

Sorry, but this is incorrect - Chanel/Bourgeois are not cruelty free. Clarins and Marks and Spencer are though.[/QUOT

Not technically true, Clarins use ingredients that have been tested on animals in their products, rather than the finished product being tested on animals.

See the website uncanged for further details on cruelty free producers uncaged.co.uk/crueltyfree.htm
  • I am 100% in favour of the "Breast is Best" lobby BUT we are getting very off topic in this thread.
  • In Aldi the other day, saw some jams which had jars awfully similar to the bonne baman brand. I'm thinking they could be one and the same? Not sure though.

I've tried these and they are nothing like the Bonne Maman brand unfortunately. I eat a lot of BM and tried the Aldi one and was disappointed. The Aldi one is a lot sweeter and thicker. The BM one is a lot better in my opinion.

I know that emachines laptops are EXACTLY the same as Acer. I have an emachines, I saw an acer in Tesco which was exactly the same as my laptop but it was way more expensive.
