I'm down about 4lb since Monday. Nothing like a dose of norovirus followed by a key employee quitting to make me lose my appetite :(

Trouble is it'll all go back on over the weekend I expect.

Tori... pops her head round the door to wave :D

That horrid Amanita hope you feel better soon, as to the employee situation with any luck they may have done you a service quitting, see it as a chance to get some fresh blood in and fresh ideas on the table,

Hope everyone is ok, in loving the sunny weather we are having in Cornwall feel really OS with the washing blowing on the line. also dusted off my bike and getting out and about. i havent weighed in this week as yet but not feeling like ive put on.

    Have a great day

Have lost 1.5 lb this week :) Extreme methods though - I had 2 teeth out on Tuesday and lived on soup and yogurt for 2 days. Still finding it difficult to chew properly so taking ages to eat anything. It's good for me on the weight front though!

    Hi everyone,
I have lost 1lb- not much but I´m pleased anyway. Tonight I´m going to a birthday party and I expect the nibbles will be high in calories so I think I´ll have a slice of wholemeal toast before I go out so I don´t arrive hungry. I told OH I will drive which is good as it means I can´t drink more than a small glass of wine hence saving a lot of calories.

    Hi all,
First weigh in this morning for me and I have lost 2lb! :j
I may have quite a way to go in total but breaking it down to focus on a month at a time is good thing, overwise the overall goal seems just too overwhelming.

Hope everyone is doing ok and have a great Sunday :T

Morning all and well done to those of you that have lost so far this month :T

March has got off to a terrible start for me and I'm really trying hard this morning to not beat myself up over it, not very successfully. TOTM arrived for the first time in months making me feel very rough. Had a huge confrontation with my Mum last night, after which I went on to drink a bottle of wine, eat cadbury's creme egg, caramel egg plus some doritos and most of an easter egg too :(

I'm going to a 70's fancy dress party next Saturday night, wearing silver dress that shows every lump so need to eat healthily for the next week to reduce the bloated tummy!

On the plus side, it's nearly three weeks into Lent and I still haven't had a chocolate biscuit bar, don't even want one anymore :) I've decided to also give up all other biscuits for the remainder of Lent.

I'm feeling really down in the dumps at the moment, a lot of it related to my body image so I could really do with some words of wisdom to help me stay focussed.

Well the damage has been done so forget about it and try and cut down this week as you can lose some weight before the party. I find the Activia yoghurts help to reduce bloating so maybe you could get some if you don´t have any and have one everyday. As for feeling down in the dumps, particularly concerning your image, maybe you could paint your nails, use a face mask, hair mask etc to make yourself feel better?
If you can, go out for a long walk today- the fresh air and exercise might help you feel better, and even if they don´t, you´ll have burned a few more calories than if you were staying in.

I am quite motivated at the moment as I went to a party last night and and a friend who I hadn´t seen for ages told me I looked slimmer.:j
Have a good day everyone and let´s hope next week we will all have some losses to report!
