and so I'm back, from Outer Space!!
Or not as the case may be :rotfl:, actually I spent a lot of last week trying to make sure that a headache didn't turn into a full blown migraine (which it did for a while *sigh*) and then over the weekend I ate and drank too much (I turned 45 yesterday so that is my excuse for that!)
So I think I have everyone's information up to date (and welcome to Boobylou!) well done on the losses so far (we have already shifted a stone) and those that gained or stayed the same - well there is always next week!
I will find out how I have done tomorrow at the nurse's appointment- will the Chinese meal have piled the weight on I wonder :cool:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DRAGON :bdaycake: a bit late but it's the thought that count's in my book!
Well i'm not a happy bunny 2day! The pound I lost last week has gone back on, but it comes as no surprise as i've been scoffing and not exercising......AGAIN!
Had a word with myself 2day and so far so good. So hopefully will get back into it and have a nice loss to report next week. (Finger's, toes, arms, legs, well EVERYTHING crossed for monday :rotfl:)
Have a good week. xx:money::money::money::money:

I have stayed the same this week. TTOTM is very late, so I'm hoping that's why I'm finding it impossible to lose anything at the moment.
Well done to all the losers.
& Tara - well done for losing weight on holiday, you must have been very good! I think most people tend to come back from their hols with a few extra lbs (I know I usually do).0 -

ThanksI usually lose a little weight on hols, due to the heat, lots of sightseeing and walking and eating less/more healthily. But not that much in a week!
I am trying to keep up the good work but have had THREE Muller corners so far today, oops. I feel very full.
