But thats so far, still got two more days ago and I feel the need for something fresh and vegetable like!

I'd love to join in on this, but I wouldn't be starting until 27th July as that is when I get paid.
There are 2 of us so I am budgeting for £25 per week (£100 per month) this includes cleaning and toiletries. My weakness tends to be that I work very close to Asda so during dinner hour I tend to pop across and buy a bag of crisps, a bottle of coke and a pastry (usually raisin croissant) so I need to stop doing this.
Might be useful if we all post where we shop?
Then we can get ideas of where we can get things cheaper. We usually shop at Asda which was great until they put all the prices up0 -

HANG ON ONE MINUTE LADY!!! What you COULD do is up your budget by say a further £30. Then you can still join. Dont throw the baby out with the bathwater- get back on track!! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
I have decided that in this period of very very poor cash flow, shortly Im going to get OH to have a look at menu planning as well, he is a bit tighter than me at times ( is that possible) and a fresh pair of eyes will be a good idea.
I think we are off to walthamstow market later to get the veggies so hopefully keep this a very low spend week using storecupboard & freezer for the plan:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most?
