Thank you, i didn't want to steal your thunder when CocoaCola posted but that is exactly what i wanted to say too. You are clean and doing well. This is all very ducational - never heard of different colours carrots. In my tribe we have only orange once (but many different kinds of tomatoes and all delish). Where can I buy some purple carrots? And they ar not a cross between beet and carrot or something?

all, today I had the factfinding interview regarding the incident. The interview finished at 7pm. At 9:15 I was officially suspended on full pay, while further investigations are to take place. To say that I feel sick is an understatement. I cant writr because I feel sick.0

Oh william it has started. It is very stressful but you have done all you can. Now it is in someone else's hands.
Focus on your health and your family - they come first - focus on the joy that you have in your life, keep it and remember it. You will get through this my friend. I will continue to pray for you. Everyday write down a list of things to be happy about. Do not dwell on idiots they are everywhere we must not let them get to us. You are worth ten of these people. Everyone on this thread is behind you.
Can you pm me your address? I have a book i want to send you. love kit.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Hi William, this is a shame, but as you say it is a fact finding interview.
Now first things first.
1. Do you have a Union representative at work who can help you?
2. I have a very dear friend on here who underwent similar things with their job last year- different profession, but same procedure. I will not put her name here, but will PM her and ask if she would contact you to help.
3. I would certainly give yourself some time to let the knee jerk stuff kick in and then to start planning, if necessary please go to your GP.
4. I noticed that your posts were sounding happier recently, and this was when the uncertainty of first steps were hanging over you. So with this in mind and your approach being successful, then i would suggest that as far as you can you continue spending time with your family.
5. Don't shut yourself off, we are all here to support you if we can.
6. Try not to post negative things about your work here, other than general comments- keep neutral in comments and use PM's if necessary. I say this for certain reasons and i hope it makes sense.
I hope it is of some help.
Do take care.

Hi William,
I have not posted here before but just wanted to send vibes for you gain some extra strength to see the positives in the situation you find yourself in.
Although I have not read back fully have you spoken to Acas about the work situation? It may help for some impartal clarity.

I am a friend of savingwannabe & just wanted to offer any help I can. Try & use this time positively to clear your thoughts & try not to worry too much until you know the outcome.
Take care,

Hi William, thinking of you. BOB is right - you should (if you have not done already) contact your Union rep and go to the Doctor. Keep active and occupied - look after the children, dig in the garden, and re-stock.
When facing trounle I do another things as well. I sit down and write for myself the following:
What is the nightmare (what is the worst case scenario)?
What can I do to change/cope with the consequences?
How likely is it to happen?
What are the other possible outcomes?
How likely are they?
Having done this makes me feel better because usually the 'worst case' is very unlikely. Even thinking about how you will cope makes you feel in control (and be in cotrol).
Whatever you decide to do you will have to saty calm - otherwise you are not able to think and you are getting yourself ill.

Good morning William please remember that someone is always here.
Ringing GP for emergency appointment is good. You sounded totally stressed last night. I know what it is like they will help and the situation will be easier to manage. Keep talking and remember everyone is thinking of you. I am in all day (tutee visiting at 5ish) in case you need to talk. SwxAiming for a minimal spend 20220
