Hi, hope your day off yesterday got better. After over 10 years I also cancelled my HSA as once you have used up your allocation for the year that's it. And that is easily done when you have a bit of treatment at the dentist. Stay positive.Save £12k in 2017 #14
How much will you spend in 2017 #40 -
Stay focussed on your holiday. You are going to have a fantastic time. Plus you have a great pair of gnashers now.
Good luck for today William.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Hi William, where are you. Hope all is well and you are just too busy having fun and/or making money to write. Please let us know - don't know about the others but I am really looking forward to an update.

Good evening everyone. Been a few days since I last posted. Been clean, no gamblng, not even thought about it. Been to busy keeping my self busy! Had to cancel the appointment at the dentist as cant afford it just yet. Hopefully the temperary fix will hold out for a month or so. Planted out the seedlings with kids - Carrots, broad beans, potatoes, onions, lettuce, cabbage, sweetcorn, tomatoes, corgettes, strawberries.
Voted on thursday. Hoped, more than expected a labour win. At least the tories have a minority. Nuff politics for the moment.
Haven't been swimming since wednesday, but going before working tomorrow.
Still no news form santander!
Checked my account before coming on here, and am amazed that I have £30 left. Would have been worse if I had paid out for the dental treatment. Thanks again for the heads up with calling HSA Wannabe, was a real life saver.
Payday on the 19th. Will have my overtime, and will be looking to overpay as much as I can.
Feel very nervous about the coming months. There is talk of abolishing tax credits, which I need to survive on. Also I know that income tax will probably rise ( Mrs. "Milk Snatcher" Thatcher did that immediately she became prime minister), as will interest rates. Thank goodness my mortgage rate is fixed until 2013. Still a lot to be nervus about.
Listed 10 books on ebay. Sold 1! Ah well, new my taste was almost unique!
Met Chris Eubanks on Friday. He has lost his lisp! Honest. Was really weird.
Late night/early morning again. Up at 6 to get the kids ready for school. Be good my friends0 -
Moaning everybody. Ache a bit, slept badly. Work at 2pm today. Just realised that I am on holiday for two weeks next week so a bit of planning needed. Swim every afternoon, but want to empty the shed at some point. Completely sort out the garden as well.
Postman bought me a present today! Is a little device I ordered for a friend that, I hope will make me little side cash. This is a working wristwatch with a difference. It has a spyhole camera and recording unit in it! He's being bullied at work and wanted to record the abuse he is getting so I found this for him. Not charging him any extra for this one, but I will show a few other people that have expressed an interest in them before I hand it over. Going to test it as well. Fun times ahead! Best get on, sandwiches to make promised myself 30 minutes on the Wii! LibLab pact? OOOOOOHHHHHH Mr. Cameron will be smarting today! Don't you just love it when a plan comes together!0 -
Very positive. Keep focussed on your hols. If poss do post some pictures when you come back as it sounds great.
Well done. Keep it up!Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

What is it with you lot? I go to work and we have a labour prime minister, by the time I come home we have a CON-Limp alliance! I can't trust you with anything can I! Now I really do fear for my future. I fear incom rises, the loss of working tax credits, more unemployment and more uncertainty.
Ok, today I will not bet. Swimming at 12. Already done a quick 6 minutes on the cross trainer. Plan to do a bit each day, increasing it every day by a minute until I hit 20. Will contact the competition people today, ask about the wedding costs and explain that I am skint.
Wife pottering about arranging the avon orders for me to deliver to work. Gonna be manic today as there has been a derailment on the line that I work and all hell has broken loose. Well that what happens when you have a CONservative government!
In all honesty I really am concerned. I know I should only worry about it when/if it happens but past history dictates that its gonna hurt bigtime. Will wait to see what the "emergency Budget" brings in a few days time.
Hope everyone is well. Time for a snack before I get changed. Carp Jugulem people, seize the throat!0 -
