Argh my brain is not working right now! I can't figure out how to word the party invites... any ideas?!
I was going to put something like, 'To celebrate their wedding on the 18th February in the Dominican Republic Mr & Mrs Birdie are holding a Carribbean theme party at the rugby club on the 12th March'... but obviously nicer sounding! I also don't know if I should include the wedding date in case it causes any confusion and people turn up in February! It really shouldn't be difficult but I've got a total brain freeze and nothing sounds right!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

It's high 20s and sunny this week according to the BBC!
That's a good way of putting it Bubbles, thank you!I've had a bit of mushy head today and just couldn't pluck out the correct words to use, knowing me whatever's making me mushy headed will kick in for the weekend to put a dampener on my Hen party! By the way, how are your plans coming along?

Thanks for the ideas SexyMouse! What have you gone for?
Bubbles, I can't drink Red Bull, blech! :rotfl:
I've had a little play with my Barbie make-up for my Hen party tonight, currently sat with a really dark fake tanned face (it washes off! I hope!) and super bright pink and aqua eye make up! I look ridiculous but I'm loving it!
Really looking forward to the weekend, we're having a spa day and my Mum is treating me to a massage and a pedicure then we're having a drinks reception at the hotel then dinner (I don't know where) then off to a really cool looking club that has loads of differently themed rooms! Excited!
Oooh and I've finally got the shave gel for my OOT town bags! Quite a sad thing to get worked up about but it has been driving me crazy trying to find small enough tubes/cans for the right price. I was in Sainsbury's after work and found 100ml tubes of Gillette shave gel reduced to £1 each so I grabbed a handful! I'm pleased that I'm back on track these darn bags but I still have to order the pink and blue gift bags, I just have to figure out which size I need.
Cookie cutters sound cool Tink! Where'd you get them? I think my friend is doing the catering, or at least part of it but there's nothing stopping me (or MIL...) making some cookies for it!
