I know, just saw your thread raspabarbas, I can't believe it! I hope your guests manage to get over here somehow!

Tink e-mailed me the picture of the parasols and I'm going to leg it to Home Bargains tomorrow afternoon to see if they've got any in! There are picnic tables outside our party venue so we could stick the umbrellas in them so people sitting outside (dirty smokers) can be both sheltered and enjoy the holiday theme outside!:D

This week I have been mostly lusting after Monsoon dresses, they've got some lovely ones in at the minute and I really want them to wear when we're away! I'm going to have to wait for the sales though as they're soooo expensive!







I'm also loving this from Coast!



Ahhh... looking at pretty things makes me happy.... then sad because I can't afford them!

Following on from showing my 'crazy' on the Bridezilla thread... is it wrong that whilst I was looking on Monsoon's site I saw what I want my friend and MiL2B to wear? I might have to go shopping and gently push them in the direction of the dresses I like rather than stamping my feet and saying, 'I don't care if you don't like it, you have to wear it!'!

I want my friend, who is plus sized but beautiful, to wear this:



And MIL2B, who is petite, slim and usually lives in anything that makes her blend in with her surroundings, to wear this as it seems like a nice compromise as it is bright without being too in-your-face :

Those Monsoon dresses are lush!
I keep toying with the idea of going for a bright Wedding Dress - my usuall dress sense is multi colours (hence the nick name Rainbow Drops!).

What kind of wedding are you planning RainbowDrops? I'd say go for it if that's what you're like! I was having a look in a bridal mag the other day and there was a girl who got married in a bright green dress! That was maybe a little bit too much...

Those are really nice dresses, I especially like the MIL one. But does it really matter what anyone else wears? Keep remininding yourself its a wedding, not a catwalk, and no one is watching and judging you if people don't match!

It's hopefully going to be an outdoor ceremony in a pretty little farmhouse garden, followed by garden reception, then a meal in a beautiful coverted Tudor Barn.
The farm has peacocks - maybe I could have a dress like this:

Did you see any dresses in TKmaxx?
and monsoon have outlet shops I think, theres one at Chesire Oaks and there might be one closer to you!?
