June last year I was trekking the Great Wall of China and now a stroll with the dog is an effort!

I'm so glad I went, but I'm not so glad I paid for most of it on my Lloyds credit card! Still I'm a changed woman now.

It was amazing. We were in beijing for a week. Don't miss the toilets though LOL
Visited everything we could, the olympic village, great wall, summer palace, forbidden city, tienanmen square, temple of heaven, Beijing Zoo... Ahhh I miss it so much. Going to try to get to Shanghai next April though
When on the great wall we just kept to the visitors main tracks. Turned left at the top, walked as far as we were allowed then turned back. Got some amazing pictures though - when we went there we got this taxi (blacked out mini van) on the way, was tres scary as we didn't know who these people were haha!
