Going back to the gym tonight, I can't believe how unfit I feel. June last year I was trekking the Great Wall of China and now a stroll with the dog is an effort! As I've now hit 30 I better get into some sort of routine again before it's too late!
I am also going back to Tae Bo tomorrow, I used to train at kick boxing for 4 hours a week and got my black belt, after I did this I was made to teach all the time though and still pay for the lesson so I ended up losing motivation.
